Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Upstairs, 3 charming bedrooms await you with 3 double beds of 160 and a large bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy the calm of the garden and the dining area with a gas barbecue.

The entrance opens onto a bright and modern living room, comprising a fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, kettle) and a living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection. Upstairs are two large spacious bedrooms and a baby bed The garden by the river will be appreciated with its terrace and barbecue.

Ground floor terrace overlooking the private, wooded garden of 1500 m2 adjoining the house; fruit trees.
