Situé en centre Manche (Agneaux), à 500m de la voie Verte, 5 mn à pied de l'Institut, 8 mn (voiture) du haras, 30 mn de la mer, 1 h du Mont Saint-Michel, 40 mn des plages du débarquement, 1 h de la Cité de la Mer, 40 mn de Bayeux. Entrée indépendante par la cour extérieure, situé sous la terrasse de notre maison (boîte à clés sécurisée).
