The Clos du Marronnier studio

Le Clos du Marronnier is a small typical Bessin farmhouse, located at the entrance to the village of Coulombs. We work there with our horses (equestrian education and equicoaching) and do permaculture. On the first floor of one of the houses is an independent, newly renovated studio. Note that it overlooks the street, has an atypical entrance (low door to preserve an engraved lintel from the dawn of the landings) and a miller's staircase (steep) to access the sleeping area.

The gîte has a 15-meter indoor swimming pool, heated to 29 degrees all year round, for relaxing moments in any season.

Enjoy this cottage in an 18th century stone house, the refurbished interior is composed on the 1st floor of a main room with fitted kitchen and sofa bed and on the 2nd floor toilet, bedroom with desk, dressing room and shower room. Ideally located for visiting the area and the landing beaches: Creully 3 km (all shops), Courseulles-sur-Mer 6 km, and 20 km from Caen and Bayeux. Free parking is located 50 m from the cottage. Access to the cottage only by stairs.
