1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the move. A kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed (160 X 200), a bathroom with Italian shower, hanging toilet and sink.
