BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. The Moulin de Fontbouillant "The Romantic"

Old mill from the 18th century, in the middle of beautiful nature, serene and green, animated by the only music of water and birds. Your independent accommodation overlooks the large garden and a small stream. Guests can use the fitness room, playground, and table tennis as well as the pool and its twenty-meter swimming lane. Located near a small town with all the shops and 50 km from Bordeaux, you are in the heart of the Cognac and Pineau region.

Located 10 minutes from Coutras or Saint Denis de Pile, and 25 minutes from Libourne. 2 kilometers from the village of Guîtres where you will find a bakery, bar-tobacconist, grocery store and pharmacies. Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde, Charentes-Maritimes or Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 sets of linens are provided. Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

In the historic center of Bourg, ideally located, between Place de la Halle and the Church, you can stay in our apartment and its green patio to visit our beautiful region, make a stop in the picturesque medieval village of Bourg, taste the wines of the Côtes de Bourg and enjoy the surrounding entertainment. Recently renovated, we are committed to offering you accommodation that combines the charm of the old and modern comforts.

Studio in the countryside

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the move. A kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed (160 X 200), a bathroom with Italian shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on one level, but two steps to access it. Outdoor parking closed with electric gate. Down duvet, notify in case of allergy.
