On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. You can access it independently and enjoy part of our garden. We live in a quiet area, in a small town located about 10 minutes from the sea (St Brieuc Bay, Goëlo coast). Old watermill, quiet near St Brieuc

Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.
