A 2-minute walk to the turtle beach (very quiet, uncrowded and very pleasant beach). A terrace to enjoy evenings outdoors. The accommodation is extremely well equipped, you will not lack anything. We've rarely dealt with such a welcoming host. Availability, responsiveness, great tips for nearby restaurants. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great week at Pascale's apartment and we'll gladly go back. The apartment is very functional and tastefully decorated. The outdoor area and on-site parking are a real asset. In addition, the accommodation is in a great location, close to picturesque landscapes, 2 steps from the beaches, and not far from the city center of Saint-Raphael. Pascale and Mathilde who took care of our arrival have always been very responsive and friendly. We recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicolas's. We have been coming back to this vacation resort for several years and were delighted to discover this apartment. It is ideally located with a splendid sea view, a real treat every morning! There were five of us and the place was perfectly suitable, comfortable and welcoming. A huge thank you to Nicolas for his kindness, availability and responsiveness. Communication was simple and pleasant from start to finish. We leave with very beautiful memories!

Apartment as described: facing the beach (just across the street) with a beautiful sea view. The accommodation is spacious and bright, very clean and well-equipped with basic products available. It is located in a secure luxury residence, in the city center (so with all amenities within walking distance) and a few steps from the port and the historic heart of Saint-Raphaël. The closed garage in the basement is a good size and very valuable because it is essential to have a reserved place when you come to Saint-Raphaël by car. We received a professional welcome from Dominique and Marie. The apartment was carefully prepared for our arrival, and a welcome gift was waiting for us.

Excellent stay with Nathalie. The apartment is very well-equipped with quality materials and furniture. The decor is very neat. The large terrace is very nice for eating or resting. The building is very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place without a second thought!

Functional apartment with a terrace with magnificent, unobstructed views. We had a pleasant week-long stay at this residence with lots of activities offered. Site close to surrounding sites of interest. We will come back with my 3-year-old son without a problem. Great communication with Laetitia for information.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

Sylvia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment looks just like the pictures and is super cozy. In addition, it is extremely well equipped, there is actually everything you need. We therefore often cooked ourselves. The pool can be reached within 10 seconds (I timed it) and the facility is fantastic: the tennis court, the fragrant pine trees and the tranquility on a warm summer day. We would book again anytime! Thank you!

Pros: Apartment extremely well located for visiting the area, close to transport (especially by boat) and basic shops (Auchan/Super U, pharmacy, etc.). Very well decorated and organized, though a little small. Ideal for a couple or a single person. Super easy access to the beach as well as a swimming pool in the complex, which is very good. Cons: If you want to cook, there is little space to store food in the kitchen. Also, a little disappointed to have paid a supplement for linens, but to have had only the bare minimum (one dish towel for several days, no hand towels, etc.) All in all a great stay, we highly recommend it!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

Arnaud was a great host. The apartment was furnished really nicely and it felt very homely. It was spacious, very bright and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and marina. It's a bit of a trek from the lift to the apt but thats the only negative I could think of and it's only a small one. The pool was amazing, the pool area was extremely clean and quiet. It was lovely to swim every day. It was a decent walk Along the promenade to st Raphael which i would definitely recommend, its a really nice town and the views along the way of the sea were insane. We will 100% be returning and I would highly recommend Arnaud and his apt to anyone, except value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is just a short walk from the sea! The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need, even while on vacation. One highlight for me was the makeup mirror! Overall, a convenient, and beautifully located spot that I’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

Responsive host with great location

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom are very clean and very well and functionally equipped, so you can actually cook something more elaborate yourself. Good shopping is a little further away, so you definitely need a car. The location is perfect for excursions to the cities and hinterland of the Côte d'Azur. Anne Christine and Daniel are extremely nice and helpful as hosts, always quickly accessible and had good tips for the area.

Very nice apartment with great sea views. The small town is super within walking distance and the beaches are all within walking distance. Very nice restaurants.
