Tram 3 min walk, 15 min from St Roch train station and Place de la Comédie, its strong point is its very privileged location, with direct access to shops, market, and city center, while enjoying century-old trees, preserved wildlife, and the soothing 3300 m2 park.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

The accommodation is located at the home of the host and is completely independent, with access to the outdoor garden and parking for your vehicle in front of the apartment in the fenced area - it is located in the village center with all shops nearby - about 10 minutes' drive from Montpellier - airport - exhibition center and Arena room and 15 minutes from Carnon - Palavas and La Grande-Motte. The apartment is air-conditioned we only speak French.
