Brantes ist a wonderful place to stay it you want to enjoy the area around Mont Ventoux. Eric was super helpful and always responsive. The place is super quiet and private and a bit remote. If you look for that we can fully recommend ist As we like to do sports the availability of a washing machine and the possibility to dry the clothes at Erics place was super convenient. The only thing you have to take care of is that Brantes is an old city with narrow streets and you have to carry your luggage for approx 150m as the suitcases are not able to handle bumpy streets from the middle ages.

Stunning views over Sisteron, its citadel and the surrounding mountains. Very nice house, very clean, very well arranged, with all the necessary amenities and in very good condition for a very comfortable stay. Perfect accommodation for us for a weekend at the Mas des Cinq Fontaines, 900 m higher by road. Certainly the closest rental, a very important criterion for us in the context of a wedding. Only downside, we were only there for a weekend and could not enjoy all the amenities of the house and the Sisteron area :)

We had a great week at Sylvie and her family's, the cottage is very well-equipped and stays cool despite the high heat, it is well located, quiet and the welcome is very pleasant with a nice touch like these delicious homemade drinks, a big thank you and a place we highly recommend!

If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place. From the terrace, you have a very beautiful view of valleys and hills. Nicole has beautifully landscaped the garden around the beautiful old house. At the end of May, there was a lot of flowering and a permanent bird concert could be heard. Nicole was very, very nice and attentive. She provided us with garden herbs and eggs from her wonderful chickens. We also enjoyed the company of the animals there, the donkeys, the mare, the dogs and cats. There are also some flocks of sheep with Pyrenean mountain dogs nearby. The apartment was very nicely renovated and decorated. Nicole has very good taste and furnished and decorated the apartment lovingly with antiques from the region. And of course, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the garden on the table. We were there for almost a week and would have liked to have stayed longer.

This was truly a dreamy place to stay — it had the warmth of a home and postcard-perfect views. The space was quiet and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen with provided seasonings made our holiday absolutely perfect! A delightful surprise was meeting the host’s cat and dog, who added so much joy to our afternoon painting sessions. Although the host lives nearby, the space felt very private and peaceful. The indoor greenery was calming, and at night, lighting the candles prepared by the host created a cozy, cave-like atmosphere. We feel so lucky to have found this place — highly recommended to others!

Great style, perfectly clean, breathtaking view. Super friendly host, top-notch E-Mountainbikes. Great outdoor opportunities summer and winter. We felt so welcome and loved our stay here.

We spent a magical week at Edith and Michel's place. The cottage is even better than pictured. The construction, materials and amenities are top-notch. It was also the best stocked Airbnb I have ever visited. The kitchen had all the cooking necessities, including oils, spices, vinegars, etc. The bathroom and bedroom had plenty of linens, an iron and ironing board and extra pillows. The outdoor spaces are so beautiful and the view of the Luberon valley from the veranda is stunning. Michel was the best host we have ever had - and we use Airbnb a lot. He was so helpful with suggestions and really went the extra mile in solving an internet problem for us. He also brought us lovely local delicacies like pastries and cheeses. The cottage was a home base for us as we explored several of the charming villages in the valley and beyond. Highly, highly recommend this place!
