Townhouse with high ceilings, very bright, warm, with courtyard. Located on the 2nd line in a very quiet area. Bordeaux center and exhibition center within 15 minutes, Cité du Vin 20 minutes away. You will be 45 minutes from Arcachon Bay (Andernos) and 1 hour from the ocean. The house is in Le Bouscat, a city that touches Bordeaux (see the neighborhood). Self check-in, bed made on arrival, towels provided. The house is not suitable for young children.

Ideally located in the heart of Bouscat, all shops are in the immediate vicinity (1 park, 2 bakeries, 4 restaurants within 100 meters). We will be delighted to host you in our pretty outbuilding, refurbished in a very peaceful and quiet environment. The tram is a 5-min walk to the center of Bordeaux (10 min direct access). This outbuilding is accessible via our garden through the gate. We live in the house at the front of the property.

Enjoy our pleasant studio during a Bordeaux getaway or on a business trip. The apartment is adjacent to our house and has a separate entrance. Located in a small residential street and overlooking the garden, you will be quiet. The 25 m2 studio has a beautiful living room with a 160 bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet. You will be close to Tram D (serving downtown Bordeaux) and Sainte-Germaine train station.

Really nicely appointed place with a fun layout. Very handy for the tram and great access into Bordeaux. Nice residential area, no off road parking but we managed to find close street parking which felt secure. Little bit of a walk to shops but not too bad. Lovely place to easily access the City, nice to come back to and very easy to feel at home and relax.

The apartment is great, very clean, well decorated, the TV is perfect for a foreigner because it is smart, but in the kitchen the pans are not for induction and do not work with the stove, I had to buy pans to be able to cook, perfect location near the wineries of the region, the host is very attentive and kind!!!!!!

Lauren rents a magnificent property in front of her house. Everything is perfectly clean, new, elegant, charming and spacious. We would recommend it in a second. Lauren is very attentive to the well-being of her guests.

in addition to being a pleasant, welcoming and efficient host, Christine-Sophie provided us with a functional apartment, great location. His directions for arrival, for finding our way around the apartment and for organizing the departure allowed us to have a very pleasant stay.

A cozy sleeping area is featured under a sloped ceiling with exposed beams. A spacious bed with neutral bedding and a vibrant yellow throw is highlighted. Natural light streams through a skylight, while wooden furnishings, including a small black table and a woven rug, are visible.

This is not the first time I have stayed in this clean, comfortable , cozy studio, which is next to Bordeaux …Also nearby are shops , benches , tram and beautiful Bordele Park . My family of 4 & I had a lovely stay. Vincent & Sandra were great hosts, always responsive and friendly. The location is excellent, close to local shops & restaurants and parks . The Tram stop just outside provided extremely regular trips into the centre of Bordeaux. The pool was great after a hot explore around the city centre. Despite being close to a road/tram stop there was no transport noise once inside the property. Will certainly stay here again.
