Gorgeous, comfortable, lodge decor with huge windows. This superb log home is new and comfortably sleeps 6. Large upstairs loft has king bed, built-in closets and 24" TV. 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed built-in closets and great views. Kitchen is fully appointed with GE "Slate" series appliances and everything you need. Great room with 52" 4K HD TV and access to your streaming accounts , FAST WIFI, gorgeous cozy wood stove for chilly nights. Nice bathroom & full size washer & Dryer

New Build, May 2022. Centrally located. Close to shopping and hiking trails. Located in-between Palmer & Wasilla. 1 mile from Colony High School. This listing has a queen bed, & double futon couch. We can add an air mattress if needed and provide a pack-&-play for small children. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in unit. Brandy and I are readily available for dinner suggestions, hiking trails, tourist destinations, etc. We love this town and Alaska and want you to love it too.

Log home with attached studio apartment in the beautiful Matanuska-Susitna Valley. You’ll love the breathtaking views of Pioneer Peak from the window! There’s easy access to rivers, lakes, and hiking. It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, coffee center, not a kitchen, small fridge and microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.
