Very clean, airy place and easy to access. Beds are comfortable and wifi is also great. A differential of the accommodation are the bedding, which were also clean and smelling. Communication with the host was easy and very proactive. I recommend to everyone who visits the city of Lavras and I will return at some opportunity. :)

The place has a cozy and comfortable space, everything is very clean and organized, a very quiet building, there was no communication problem with Tina, she was very helpful and communicative. I liked it a lot and would come back more often!

Very clean and cozy space; well equipped, with quality and very comfortable bed and bath linens. Rose responds very quickly, always cordial and helpful. We love the space, it matches the photos, it's clean and comfortable. If we have the chance, we will certainly come back.

Central House great value for money Upper Floor

Large apartment in the center, excellent value, great for those who are looking for convenience and easy access (you can do everything on foot). Close to the bank square, close to the street of the main real estate agencies, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, petshop, gym, stationery, lottery shops, bars, restaurants, schools, etc. We have 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), great size living room, pantry and kitchen with all the utensils, bathroom and social bathroom. Backyard and Garage for a carrol!!

Paulo was a great host, he greeted us in the parking lot and carried our bags. He showed me the apartment and explained about the keys. The apartment was just like the photos, everything was very organized, clean linens and towels. Basic kitchen items, all working. The apartment is very close to the central square, supermarket and bakery nearby. The stay was excellent, I recommend it to everyone who needs it.

Despite the quick experience (we stayed 17 hours in the apartment), everything went as planned. I already knew the city and so it was easier too. Everything is great.
