Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lavapiés, Centro

I was lucky enough to find Maria's space a few days before a trip to Madrid for a wedding, and what can I say, this is such a cute spot! You walk in and instantly feel at home with the amount of charm the apartment has. Great walkability to local restaurants, stores, etc. not to mention close adjacency to the park is a major plus for a peaceful summer evening walk. Would absolutely recommend anyone else traveling to Madrid to stay here, Maria has set her place up to make you feel welcome and have anything you need to have a memorable trip. Gracias Maria!

L’appartamento è al secondo piano di un bel complesso residenziale, con presenza di portiere sia la sera tardi quando siamo arrivati, che la mattina presto, quando ce ne siamo andati; l’appartamento è adatto per quattro persone, con due bagni e cucina ottimamente attrezzata. Appena al di fuori del complesso residenziale c’è la fermata del bus numero 20 che porta in centro (Plaza del sol); e a 350 m distante, c’è la fermata metropolitana ( Conde de Casal) per arrivare in qualsiasi parte di Madrid. Francisco è stato molto disponibile ed attento alle nostre richieste e, tra l’ altro, parla bene l’ italiano.

Good place for short-term stay. Metro train is really close and bus 200 from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Really good place if your idea is use it only for sleep and enjoy Madrid walking.

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and kind—always quick to answer any questions and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantásticos anfitriones, se han mostrados muy pendientes de todo, y con instrucciones muy claras. Comunicaciones fáciles y muy rápidas. Muy reactivos ante comentarios de mejora, que a las horas estaban implementados. El piso es cómodo.

El apartamento de María tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días: alojamiento con todo lo necesario, buen internet, parking y apenas a 10min en coche del centro. María es muy maja, y la comunicación muy fácil. Muy recomendable :)

Me encantó el apartamento, todo muy nuevo y súper limpio. Fácil acceso y los anfitriones muy pendientes en todo momento. Las camas muy cómodas y la cocina totalmente equipada. El baño es precioso también. Si vuelvo a ir a Madrid no dudaré en reservar otra vez.

Mi pareja, dos amigas y yo nos quedamos en el apartamento de Alexandra y nos encantó. La decoración es exquisita, estaba todo súper limpio y colocado, el trato maravilloso, y a 5 minutos está la estación de metro "Ciudad Lineal" por la que pasa la línea 5 que te deja en 20 minutos en plena Gran Vía. Volveremos seguro!!!

we hebben genoten van het appartement en van Madrid. Het is in het centrum en alles is dichtbij. je kunt bij het appartement niet echt buiten zitten, maar er zijn genoeg terrasjes in de buurt en prachtige parken. Alfredo reageerde snel en adequaat. ook met de grote stroomstoring! 😉. voor herhaling vatbaar

Magnifique appartement, dans un quartier calme et en même temps proche des quartiers animés. Le métro est proche et permet d’aller rapidement au centre de Madrid Échange impeccable avec l’hôte, bienveillante et arrangeante sur notre arrivé et départ Appartement soigné, de qualité, chaleureux Je recommande

Estuvimos un mes alojados toda la familia y estamos especialmente contentos por las facilidades ofrecidas por Francisco, que nos facilitó entrada flexible, facilitando llevar maletas previamente para que la entrada y la logística fuera más sencilla con los niños.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. Would definitely stay here again!

El apartamento es pequeño pero espacioso y muy luminoso. Todo reformado, limpio y muy cómodo, con zona común. No está especialmente cerca del centro pero era la zona que buscaba. Oscar en todo momento fue muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

Die Buchung war einfach und die Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben alles notwendige in der Wohnung gefunden. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.

Una estancia perfecta, estuvimos solo una noche dado que fuimos por un concierto con la idea de volver al día siguiente. La habitación y las camas eran muy cómodas, la urbanización estaba cerca del estadio que era lo que necesitábamos y la comunidad es bastante bonita y nueva. Patricia fue muy agradable y estuvo atenta para ayudarnos a llegar al lugar y darnos todo lo necesario

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

Primero acerca del anfitrión super súper amigable y dispuesto a hacernos sentir cómodos, estuvo muy atento. Con relación al lugar me parece un buen sitio, tiene estacionamiento del metro, tren cerca con vías al aeropuerto y Gran Vía. El vecindario es tranquilo, con parque cerca. Me encantó!

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Apartamento muito confortável e com tudo que precisávamos. Eduardo foi prestativo e deixou todas as informações com muita clareza. A localização é excelente, tem vagas para estacionar na rua e também foi muito fácil e rápido chegar ao centro pelo ônibus que para quase na porta. Também há estabelecimentos por perto, mercado, farmácia e bons bares. Aproveitamos a área externa para um café da manhã agradável, foi pena não termos tempo para andar de bicicleta, já que o entorno é muito agradável. Recomendo muito!
