Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lavapiés, Centro

The apartment is on the third floor of a beautiful residential complex, with a doorman both late at night when we arrived, and early in the morning, when we left; the apartment is suitable for four people, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Just outside the residential complex is the bus stop for number 20 that goes to the center (Plaza del Sol); and 350 meters away, there is the subway stop (Conde de Casal) to get to any part of Madrid. Francisco was very helpful and attentive to our requests and, among other things, speaks Italian well.

Second time we chose it for my in-laws and we would really book it again. The hosts are very friendly, attentive, making sure everything goes well. The apartment is super comfortable, it is very well equipped, superior cleanliness and quality details everywhere. It is a few minutes' walk to a shopping mall, Ikea, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay at Jorge's house! The house is very nice, comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything was perfectly tidy and with a wonderful smell. The sheets had a very pleasant aroma that made the experience even more special. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect, close to everything we needed. In addition, Jorge was always very attentive, responding quickly to all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, we will definitely stay here again!”

My partner, two friends and I stayed at Alexandra's apartment and loved it. The decoration is exquisite, everything was super clean and in place, the service was wonderful, and 5 minutes away is the "Ciudad Lineal" metro station, where line 5 leaves, which takes you to the heart of Gran Vía in 20 minutes. We'll be back for sure!!!

Very comfortable apartment, very well located, half a block from the Opera subway station and close to Puerta del Sol. It has 4 rooms with blinds, the two main ones have air conditioning, the beds are comfortable, you don't hear any noise despite the excellent location. It's bigger than it looks for photos. Enrique responds quickly and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in. The building has an elevator, you have to climb 5 steps to the entrance. The only thing it doesn't have is an oven

Everything is fine, far from the center. In our opinion, it's worth recommending if someone needs to go to the Spanish capital for a few days. A metro stop about 1 km from the apartment.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. It's small but functional, it's perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you can't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the check-in time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. Ramón's apartment is literally as described. It's an oasis you don't expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He was always attentive to our needs and was very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

It’s located in a quite street but close to restaurants and Atocha station, Museo del Prado and others places. We had good time

A perfect stay, we only stayed one night since we went for a concert with the idea of returning the next day. The room and beds were very comfortable, the complex was close to the stadium, which was what we needed, and the community is quite nice and new. Patricia was very nice and was attentive to help us get to the place and give us everything we needed

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Pilar's Place is Amazing! We had a wonderful time at Pilar's home! Her house is absolutely beautiful, filled with lush plants and stylish furniture—every corner is thoughtfully decorated, making it feel cozy and inviting. Pilar is such a thoughtful host. Even though we arrived early, she warmly welcomed us and provided tons of helpful tips about local restaurants, transportation, and attractions, which made our trip much smoother. The location is also great—just about a 30-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, with charming streets to explore along the way. If we return to Madrid, we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
