At the heart of a very nice stone village, quiet with hiking trails, goat farm, surrounding markets, villages of character, Ardèche and Cèze rivers (canoeing). Located south Ardèche/Nord Gard. No wifi but 4 and 5G. Sheets-towels included. There is a security camera outside (terrace, but not the yard).

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d 'Ardèche, comfortable and fully equipped, located 100 m walk to the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.).
