Welcome! Unusual pied-à-terre to relax in peace and in the heart of nature. Enjoy the simple little joys away from the crowds. Mill equipped for 3 people (and even 4 with a baby in a baby cot in the bedroom). ** Discount rate according to the number of nights ** The mill is off-center but located 10 minutes from Lectoure and Fleurance, 15 minutes from Castéra Verduzan and 20 minutes from Condom. Lots of small atypical villages to discover far from the big cities.

The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, patio, and pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter heated pool, open from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed sheets, towels, and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.
