"La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of this fully restored building in the heart of nature. Located on an old Quercy farm, it offers a very large lot, quiet, allowing walks, relaxation and meals outside. A plancha, deckchairs, a lounge area, and a garden table are available, as well as outdoor games. On the inside, the ground floor communicates via an external stone staircase with the master bedroom. It serves a 2nd bedroom by a miller's ladder.

In 2014 we built this modern apartment in the west wing of an old chateau/fortified farm. It is a comfortable, spacious, ground floor apartment for 4 persons and it is wheelchair accessible. From the terrace you have fantastic views on Tournon d'Agenais - 3.5km away - and to the church of Thézac - 1km away. Thick walls keep the house cool even in the middle of summer, good sleeping guaranteed.

The cottage is located on four quiet hectares in the Lot and just 3 km from Lake Saint Sernin and 5 km from the beautiful village of Montcuq in Quercy Blanc. You can explore numerous hiking trails and relax in the above-ground pool to make the most of your stay. You will have access to the shared hot tub for a minimum 2-night stay from October to April 30.
