Monthly Rentals in Lauterstein

We were with our dog (and 6-month-old son) for a birthday in the area and stayed 3 days. Rande was always immediately available, friendly, helpful and caring, so we had a great 3 days. The "nook" was clean and perfect for us. From towels, to coffee / tea and small snacks, everything was there. You can walk directly through the fields or relax on the small terrace. Overall, a great experience. We look forward to coming back! :-) Small drawback for my husband (1.94cm) was the small shower, but he still got clean ;-)

The hosts Wolfgang and Sandra, of the very spacious two bedroom, bright, quiet, well equipped and nicely decorated apartment were very friendly, helpful and supportive. Wolfgang welcomed us and showed us around the place The beds were comfortable. Communication with Wolfgang was excellent. The surrounding attractions and towns can be easily accessed by car. A baker is in easy walking distance and many supermarkets and restaurants are in Heubach, a five minutes drive from Lautern. There are very good views from the apartment.

Check-in to the apartment was very easy, with the code in the app and the lock in front of the house. The Apartment is very modern, has lots of light, everything was very clean, and we felt right at home. In the kitchen there was everything you need for eating and cooking. Living room with TV, sofa, dining table and balcony. The bedroom is also very nice. Amy and Tobias were always very responsive. All in all, a great, bright and beautiful apartment if you want to visit Schwäbisch Gmünd and do not want to sleep right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A grocery store is very close(3 minutes by car or you can walk as well) and the neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed here with a baby and Tobias and Amy got us a crib as well which was very much appreciated.

Modern, clean and quiet. Nice garden and easy to town or surroundings. Thomas responded quickly to our requests and made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend this place and plan on coming back.
