Very beautiful view, in the countryside, at an altitude of over 1000 m above the village of Laussonne, 14 min from Les Estables and 20 min from Le Puy en Velay. 80 m² house, not semi-detached and not overlooked, good 4G connection, maximum temperature during heat waves of 22 degrees on the lower level because the house is semi-underground. Quiet location, very few cars passing by. Beautiful walks from the house.
