All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops or a 10 minute walk to Lausanne train station.

Free 2-hour blue parking spaces are available on adjacent streets. Very functional, this place is ideal for visiting Lausanne and the surrounding area.

Beautiful, bright, central flat

Aleksandra and Charles were incredible hosts. They made us feel at home in their apartment and were quick to help us with anything we needed. the apartment is beautiful, with a super nice balcony, very clean and at a perfect location. we had a great time and won't hesitate to stay with them again!

Great view, totally worth it!

My wife and I enjoyed it very much. She liked the orchids!! The house is very 'swiss' . I spent some years in Geneva and was familiar with the area. I have a sister who lives 5 minutes away. The place is very near the tram( # 12) so access to the center of town (and local shops and restaurants) is very convenient. Nice gardens.... and a nice view of MT. Saleve. High marks !!!! Suggestions: There needs to be a coffee pot. The one there is is inadequate (out dated) . One can get a french press coffee pot for a very good price at the area MIGRO grocery store. Also a small microwave oven could be a good asset. There is no freezer so there is no 'ice' available. We found the bath and sink arrangement somewhat odd but we were able to deal with it. She might want to consider enclosing the 'bath' for greater privacy. And finally I think the gardens could use some cleaning up....... they are nice but have a lot of potential for being even more appealing ..... Scott and Peggy

Very quiet and peaceful place close to the waterfront and Aquaparc. We were not sure when we would arrive and this was not a problem. The house has large grounds with a farmyard feeling - the kids loved the cat and the chickens! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hosts went above and beyond, and even babysat one of the kids for half an hour.

I had a great stay with Marco and Mariolina. The house and grounds are lovely and it’s perfectly located in St. Préx. I fell in love with their dog, Lula. She’s adorable! I will definitely book again.

Superb stay by the river at Sandrine's a place where it's good to live, 4 days of relaxation between the calm of the countryside and the spa at 38.5°C. All accompany access to the kitchen to make your own meals. Advise without moderation!
