The detached house is situated in a fantastic location right by Lake Geneva. Behind it are the wine terraces of Lavaux, the largest contiguous wine-growing region in Switzerland. Between the house and the lake is a spacious garden with partially covered seating. From the garden, you can reach the lake directly via the boathouse and from there via the in-house jetty into the clear lake water.

The beautiful river passes by next to the living room balcony, 10 minutes walk to the lake and 10 min bus ride to the center of Lausanne. Parking place available in front of the building.
