Nice apartment for a weekend in Lausanne!

A very nice place to stay in Lausanne close to the city centre

I only stayed here a few days, but it was quite lovely! Very clean overall (all rooms, linens, towel), super spacious & comfortable room, beautiful location (steep hill, though). Very walkable to/from downtown Lausanne, at least for those who don't mind climbing up/down hills. Fantastic restaurants nearby, easy access to groceries. My only gripes are that: (1) Check-in was strictly between 4-6 PM (16-18h) (2) I was told I had to communicate not via Inès but to the person who lived in the apartment building (Michel Christian), via SMS (text messaging). Since I didn't have cell service (which I think is rather common for travelers), Inès had to communicate to Michel for me. But Inès was very responsive about this and willing to handle the situation. (3) I found the kitchen a bit sparsely stocked - e.g., one bowl, no clean drinking glasses. But it was manageable Despite the small gripes, I would recommend it!

The place was perfect for a short stay. The common areas were clean and well maintained. At the slightest problem, the host was responsive, thank you.

The apartment was clean and well-kept. It was as described, spacious 2 bedrooms, we stayed with 2 children and 2 dogs. It was great to have a car park to park the car and a lift to the apartment. Communication with Maria was easy and she has been pleasant.

Maria's place is very nice and brand new. In case of beautiful weather the terrace is a real plus to enjoy. The lockbox is very convenient to be able to arrive and leave whenever you want.

Everything is great, the apartment is very nice and was very clean. It has great views and a beautiful garden. The truth is that there is nothing wrong. Everything was adequate and as described in the ad.

Celia is a great host, very helpful and cooperative. We felt like home. I am definitely going to go back for my next vacation.

We stayed 3 days in June with our 2-year-old baby at Sylvie's and we had a great time! The apartment is very clean, well-appointed and perfectly suitable for children. Well-equipped kitchen and a very nice small private terrace. Many shops nearby so very useful. In addition, Sylvie and her family welcomed us very warmly and gave us good tips for our visits. We highly recommend this listing! Thanks again to them!

Very nice accommodation, excellent location, easy to find, very nice view next to the lake!The Stuart couple provided us with comfortable and clean bedding and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking.The house is at the right temperature.When we had a problem, Stuart was always there to help in a timely manner when we had a problem, which was great!

The property is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space. There is also a large garden. The property is a short walk to shopping or to the lake with beautiful swimming beach. Great location! The accommodation is very well equipped and offers much more than noted in the listing. For this, some things announced in the listing or message are missing or we were not sure where to find them (intact bikes, washing machine, sun loungers). If you want to use bicycles, it's better to bring your own. We would come back!

Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and it’s clear that great care has gone into making the space welcoming and functional. The hosts, Natalie and Mathieu, were exceptional—warm, friendly, and generous with their time. They offered great insights into how everything works and even shared details about the design and inspiration behind the house. This was not just a place to stay, but a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and serene getaway.
