Vacation rentals with a patio in Laurium

Lucas was amazing as a host, he arranged transportation from the airport to the apartment, was able to answer each of my requests and was present throughout when I needed him. The apartment is the image of its owner, the views are stunning, the cleanliness is remarkable, the location is superb, the services are impeccable. When I return to Athens, it will definitely be to this apartment!

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent views of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place for visiting Athens!

We enjoyed our visit to Penny’s place before departing Greece. It was very clean and had modern amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Penny and Panos responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. I would recommend this place to others!

Book it ! Very friendly hosts and a modern, big, clean Airbnb. Even has a lemon tree. Highly recommend and would stay again when in Athens.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

George and Georgia were phenomenal hosts. They provided a once in a lifetime experience and I am really looking forward to visit them again.The best part was that they had a dessert in the fridge for my birthday. Thank you!

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Our stay in Athens was nothing short of magical. The location was perfect, in a quaint neighborhood that was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We were able to experience Greek culture so much more beyond the usual places just by staying at this apartment. The place itself is gorgeous, and Georgios is a fantastic host.

Nice place for a short stay, close to the airport (tip, use Uber). Clean place and very nice and kind host (offered us dinner). Road to go to Markopoulo not easy to walk (next to highway). But for the rest, perfect!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I really recommend it. Fully equipped and the hostess was very kind, she allowed us to leave at any time we wanted the next day and we really appreciated it.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

We stayed at the Keratea hillside house for one week this September. We can proudly say this was the best vacation we had in Greece. The host, Georgios, is very open, kind and hospitable. He met and showed us the road to the house. Moreover, Georgios advised us on the best locations worth visiting in the area. The location of the house is a pittoresque hillside with a wonderful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The inside of the house was very clean, with plenty of space, equipped with brand new furniture and the kitchen has everything one needs. Location-wise, anything from restaurants, supermarkets and even the stunning beaches are only a 10-15 minute drive. We highly recommend this wonderful house and deeply thank its host.

Very clean, responsive host and good ameneties. Pretty far from Athens but nice villa to stay in. Taxi to the nearest metro around 30min. Host came by during visit to bring clean towels. Good stay all round!

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The view was beautiful and the design of the apartment was well thought out and felt very authentic. The little touches like recessed lighting, electric shutters, fans, aircon, and antique furniture were much appreciated and elevated our stay — we found it very well suited to short term stays. In general, it would have been nice if there was slightly more upkeep/ freshening up of the place (particularly in the kitchen) but that was our only real gripe. Similarly, the furniture, despite being pretty, was not very functional, especially in the twin room and kitchen (which could benefit from a little revamp and restock of supplies like more cooking apparatus and better washing up facilities). But as we were only there for 3 days, it didn’t bother us much and instead we ate out for every meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, authentic design, responsive host and beautiful views.

A very beautiful quiet and "private" apartment!Everything was spotless,white towels and sheets, and the most basic thing: French coffee and espresso machine! It felt like home! The terrace is just as clean and beautiful,unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it,maybe next time! Thank you so much ❤️

Apartment is as shown in the pictures, very clean and with attention to detail, lighting options is nice, the view is open space towards the sea, all comforts available.

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay
