We stayed at this Airbnb for my birthday trip. Its was a cute cozy vibe! The hot tub was really nice to use after hiking! I wish we got the chance to use the fireplace. The host was nice and quick to respond. I definitely would book this place again!

We had a great stay. Just did a quick escape with my husband for our anniversary and it was so peaceful. Just what we needed.

This was our second stay at this cabin and it was even better than the first! William is a great host and the cabin is amazing. Location and amenities are top notch. Will be back again for sure!

Me and my wife have an enjoyable time! Very nice setting and a nice view of the woods from inside the house! The road and the other cabin was a little closer than I expected but the road is very quiet and we felt like we still had privacy.

The cabin was exactly as expected, great location, secluded, quiet, clean, beautiful surroundings and the hot tub was perfect. My wife and I look forward to going back to Phil's cabin.

We had a great stay! we came down to watch the demolition derby in Chillicothe. Definitely will be booking it next year! Hot tub was nice! We enjoyed it!

The whole experience with Rosalie was amazing. Very responsive, very kind, and just overall a great transaction. The home exceeded expectations, it was a lot of small thoughtful things- bathroom amenities in case of forgotten items, coffee bar, notes and instructions were so clear. Wonderful property and host!

5 stars! This was the perfect weekend getaway. The space is beautifully and intentionally designed — every detail felt thoughtful and contributed to a truly comfortable stay. We didn’t find ourselves needing anything beyond what was already provided. It was great to be tucked away in such a secluded, peaceful spot, ideal for hiking, relaxing, and disconnecting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge in a quiet, well-equipped setting.

We have stayed at the Persimmon 4 times and absolutely love it! The hosts are so personable and make us feel so welcome- personally I don’t ever look for another place to stay in hocking hills because this will always be our go to place- so much privacy- beautiful scenery and every accommodation you can think of- we will be back!

Everything fit the description and was exactly as we expected. We needed to ask something about the firewood and someone responded almost immediately. 10/10

Margot and her husband John, and of course Jim the herd dog were all extremely welcoming! My husband and I felt like family! We wanted a peaceful, relaxing getaway for my husband's birthday/our wedding anniversary, and we were not disappointed at all! I am a big Highland cow fan, and John took us out to the pasture to get right with the cows! I got the most beautiful pictures to print and hang in my kitchen! Margot and John are such a warm, loving couple. You can just feel the warmth from their hearts! We will definitely be coming back, we want to bring our grandchildren next time.

very peaceful and quiet get away with a lot to do in the area if you want to venture out. Great location attractions nearby as well as a Walmart. We enjoy the stay very much, definitely recommend if you are looking to get away from city life for awhile. Barb was responsive to any questions I had.

Great amenities. Has a lot of indoor entertainment. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. Has a nice multi-tier deck that we enjoyed spending time on. It was very quiet and peaceful and although there are plenty of houses around it still felt very private. The lake is nicel and was a popular spot among guests.

Great place, easy to find and a beautiful property. The only thing we would note is to bring your own water, the water smells strongly of sulfur but not a big deal as long as you have your own to drink!

We had a wonderful time! We went for our 2nd anniversary and the space was perfect for us and our dog Bella. The yard was spacious and allowed our dog the space she needed. We used the grill for dinner and used the hot tub! Everything worked perfectly and If we had any questions Rachel answered within about 10 mins. We will be coming back and plan to let everyone know about how amazing the owl barn was!

Lovely and serene cabin close to Hocking Hills State Park. Was even better than expected. Had all the essentials for a long weekend of hiking and visiting family in nearby Columbus.

We have been to Hocking Hills many times over the last 10 years and this is by far our favorite spot. The owners thought of everything and we're very responsive. We are already planning our next trip back.

Howdybrook Basecamp was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. we enjoyed the peaceful setting and the place had everything we needed.

Brock and Mark’s place was great! It was even better than the photos and had everything needed for a peaceful weekend. The beds and couches were comfortable, hot tub was relaxing, and the overall space was very clean. The back porch had a beautiful view into the woods. When there was an issue with the wifi Brock was very quick to respond and was able to fix it. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and would definitely stay here again if looking for something in the area.

We took our son for his birthday! He loved the cabin the most. It was clean, hot water and great shower pressure, you could tell the family’s love was there. We watched the birds daily. AND there were amazing homemade cinnamon rolls! We loved everything about this location. The hot tub was cozy and there were a lot of activities to do. It was close to Ash Cave, Rock House, and Old Man’s Cave. I would recommend bringing your own food for meals. Limited restaurants in the small town. Also, bring your own firewood and starter. Or you can buy it on the side of the road. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful environment. Great area to paddle boat and kayak. They have all the tools and amenities to have a great time in the outdoors. Very wonderful experience for me and my small group

Our group of 14 had so much fun, especially with the heated pool and pickleball area! Loved the property and everything it had to offer!

Such a great stay! Though the weather was spotty with rain and we didn’t get to use the fire pit, it was truly wonderful!! The hot tub matched with the lights were so cute! It felt very homely!

Tim’s cabin was exactly as described. Clean, beautiful, and cozy! It was perfect for a girls weekend! There was a small hiccup with the shower, but they were quick to respond with helpful tips to resolve the issue! I hope to book this cabin again in the future!
