Old stone barn of 200m² from the 19th century, completely renovated, freshly decorated and backed by a beautiful chapel in a small village of 250 inhabitants, this listed cottage will offer you a quiet stay with family or friends. Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of the Gers countryside in Sainte-Christie-d'Armagnac and is 4 km from Nogaro and its car circuit, 1.5 hours from the Pyrenees and the ocean, 15 minutes from Aignan and its swimming lake with slide and a tree climbing course. Our village of Ste Christie d'Armagnac has a unique site in Europe, classified as historical monuments (a castle wall made of dry earth, a feudal mound and its church)

"Labarthe" is the name given to our small farm on which we renovated the "old house". We respected the architecture and especially the framework to combine the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern... 3 bedrooms for 2 people, equipped kitchen to concoct good warm and friendly meals. Located in the heart of the vineyards of Armagnac, on the village of Panjas in the Gers, this family house of the beginning of the twentieth century, old charm and made of noble materials (wood, stone, old tiles...) is an old distillery of Armagnac. It faces the Pyrenees chain, with stunning views, with its park and swimming pool. Peace and quiet assured in a natural and comfortable setting. Welcome to the Gers!

Located 15 minutes from the Nogaro racing circuit and 10 minutes from the Barbotan-les-Thermes thermal spa. Nearby, you have the Ferme au Cerf du Houga 10 minutes away, and you also have the village swimming pool 5 minutes away, open in July and August. You can also go boating on our pond and swim! We also offer crayfish fishing. Petanque court, ping pong table.

New house with enclosed exterior, located in a quiet village. Fully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, 2 basins, independent toilet, large bright living room. Two Bedrooms with a 140 bed. I provide linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels) Two sheltered parking spaces adjacent to the house. Ideally located 5 min from Paul Armagnac circuit.

K-hute 2: Cabin with Nordic bath (hot/cold)

This K-hute is distinguished by the charm of the decoration and the comfort of the amenities, all in a setting of unspoiled nature. It offers stunning views of the surrounding forest and the Pyrenees. It is also equipped with a Nordic bath on its private terrace. Our establishment is Adult Only, we make exceptions during the week, please contact us.
