Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

Robert was welcoming, the accommodations were private and comfortable, and there was an enclosed outdoor space where my dog and I could relax. This unit is located near many great neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale.

Very close to where my family was having an event. Extremely convenient for what I needed.

I just love this place. Been here with my wife for the third time this year alone. Feels like home mixed with the joy of vacations!

Brigitte’s place is very cozy in a very cool old neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale. It’s cute old houses and lush foliage. Her porch was wonderful and it felt like we were in a gorgeous tropical forest. The place was exceptional clean and had a great fully stocked kitchen. Briggita was incredibly kind and very available. I’d stay here 100 more times!!

Samantha was a fantastic host! She had great response time and was so sweet! The Airbnb is exactly as described, very close to the airport, restaurants, stores, and the beach. I would highly recommend and I would stay again, it’s the perfect space for a solo trip or couples!

Dailen was an awesome host that helped accommodate my groups needs. Very appreciative for her communication and flexibility. Also a great spot to stay!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home! The house is so welcoming, with plenty of space to unwind – whether it was lounging by the pool, grilling under the gazebo, or just chilling in the cozy den. The backyard was our favorite spot – super private and surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like our own little tropical escape. The location couldn’t be better – just a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants, and local bars. We had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to book another stay!

Airbnb was exactly as listed. Daniel was very responsive. Check-in instructions were clear. The pool was clean as well as the tennis court. The rooms were spacious and all the bathrooms were clean with adequate linen/necessities.

Very great place to stay. Stayed there 3 nights for mainly business purposes. The house was very clean and easy to get to. Would recommended and will definately use again when in the area.

Perfect location and near everything. The place is very nice for couple and spacious. Equipped with everything we needed and more. Including lawn chairs and umbrella for beach which was extremely helpful. No coal for grill and they sent some to us so we could use. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back. It’s an older home and needs a few repairs— deep cleans but we didn’t mind for price, amenities and proximity.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was lovely and we felt very welcomed from the minute we walked in. Tony added a nice touch to music playing from the tv with beautiful tropical scenery. Very clean and bright. Love the painted mural on the wall and one of my favorites was the few steps going up to the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again. Tony was easy to communicate with and responds to messages quickly. Easy check-in and check- out. Thank you again for a fantastic stay.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. My stay was for a solo get away and this space could not have been more perfect. The private outdoor space and beautifully equipped indoor spaces made it easy to safely and comfortably unwind. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Being able to borrow the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made it even easier to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a place to with luxury, comfort and convenience.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.
