Apartment vacation rentals in Latin Quarter, Paris

We loved our stay at Louis’ apartment. The apartment itself is very well kept and everything is clean and beautiful. Lots of unique and interesting touches. The lift was extremely helpful with our luggage and it worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Louis was an ideal host. He was extremely accommodating and provided us with prompt assistance whenever we needed it. The area around the apartment in the sixth is charming and anything you need is very close by. Wonderful cafés and restaurants and there is a supermarket just one block away. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber does come right to the apartment if necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Louis’ apartment again.

Our stay at this chic airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood was fantastic and central, we walked everywhere and had a lot of fun exploring. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had everything we needed - including a magical built-in coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again and plan to check if it is available on our next visit. The host was incredibly responsive and really helpful in our arrival and departure. Highly recommend booking this little gem in the center of everything.

My partner and I have been to Paris many times before but this trip was our best yet!Thomas’ place was just PERFECT! The apartment its self is beautifully put together. We loved the individual style and the gorgeous big windows in the living area. The apartment is right in the heart of Le Marais - coffee shops, boulangeries, restaurants, bars and shops are literally on your doorstep. It was such a convenient location - we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Of course if you want to venture further a field the metros are just a short walk away! Thomas was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late - which truly made such a difference to our stay as we weren’t having to lug our cases around with us! Thank you Thomas!! ☺️ I would HIGHLY recommend Thomas’ place if you’re looking for a real taste of the Paris you see in the movies! We’ll be back soon!

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

La casa è in un quartiere molto vivace ma riparata e silenziosa, molto vicina alla metropolitana quindi molto comda per gli spostamenti. L'appartamento è molto piccolo ma carino e fornito di tutto quello che serve quindi va benissimo per alcuni giorni a Parigi. Noelle è stata molto attenta e gentile l'accoglienza di Fabrice è stata molto precisa. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

The location was perfect. Many places to eat right near. Notre Dame Cathedral. Easy access to Metro and RER. Isabelle is a very responsive host.

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. Thomas & Virginie were wonderful hosts— very friendly and helpful! The apartment was so beautiful— spacious, elegant and… French! Location was ideal… many excellent coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and transport very nearby. It really was an ideal place to call home and then venture out from to explore the city.. will definitely be back!

First of all: A million thanks to Fabrice for being such a nice host - the way he treats you makes you so much welcomed and I felt I was staying at my family member's home. The apartment itself is very well appointed - there are all amenities that you can possibly think of! Fabrice did a very meticulous job at keeping the place tidy and well stocked. We did not use many amenities since we were there for a brief period time (may be longer next time). The apartment is very quiet, the bed is comfortable (European Queen/US full size) and the best part: The shower is out of this world! Bathroom is small but 100% functional. Living space is large enough to feel right at home. The place is very secure and neighbors were very nice; gave a true Parisian feeling. There are a lot of good places to eat around and Metro station is very close by to get anywhere. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Fabrice's place and wish we were here longer! Thank you so much again Fabrice.

Laurence & Philippe are the perfect hosts, responsive and they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. They had fresh flowers from their garden for us , delicious sweet pastries, coffee pods, a book of recommendations. The apartment is so nice and in the Latin quarter accessible to everywhere!! Nearby metro stations, historic streets, amazing restaurants. For a Paris apartment we had a full size bathroom, charming kitchen with a reach through and a gorgeous stained glass divider made by Laurence. It had everything to make our 10 day stay amazing. The bed was comfortable the view from the patio lovely it has an elevator. Everything you would want in a home away from home. Merci beaucoup. Jeff & Kelly

This is one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve booked. You’re in a fantastic neighborhood, but since you’re a bit removed from the street, it’s nice and quiet. The Jasmine smells coming in from the terrace or also lovely. It was really a great space. I highly recommend it. The bedroom does get bright on these early summer mornings, so if you need a dark room to sleep and bring a face mask.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Guillaume's apartment was fantastatic. From the booking process through to check-out, everything was flawless. The apartment made our stay in Paris truly memorable. The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere while at same time being in a very peaceful area of the city away from the very busy tourist areas. The apartment itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with all amenities, spotlessely clean and we did not any issue whatsoever. Guillaume is also the perfect host. He is extremely responsive and accomodated us with our request to drop our bags after we arrived on a very flight early flight and also generously accomodated our request for a late check-out. We had an amazing time in Paris and Guillaume's superb apartment played a large part! Thank you, Guillaume!

Place: just what you want when looking for an Airbnb for two on vacation. Location: very much a local spot. We did not take a taxi one time, only walked and used public transportation. Amazing restaurants within two minute walks. Must get a massage from the Thai place next-door.. Host: they truly cared to make sure our vacation was perfect. We did not have to contact the host during our stay. They've reached out to us numerous times to make sure everything was up to our expectations.

Had a great stay here! A ton of food places nearby, close to metro stations, and overall a perfect place with everything we needed.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
