Tiene el estilo y estética de un vagón de tren, por fuera es de chapa y revestimiento de madera por dentro. Es muy cálido. Está completamente acondicionado para una agradable estadía, es el perfecto lugar para quien busca descanso y tranquilidad. Se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, al pie del cerro Piltriquitrón, a 15 cuadras del centro de Bolsón y a dos de la Ruta 40.
