Vacation rentals with a patio in Lasithi

The Penthouse apartment was just as described and as the pictures showed. Very modern and clean, and the host and his team were very responsive during the stay. Would definitely stay again, the location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and mini markets, you have everything you need on your doorstep with no need to drive anywhere unless you want to. The only thing missing was mirror’s in the bedrooms for drying hair which would be a really helpful addition. There are mirrors in the bathrooms, but not really suitable for hair drying once the bathroom is all steamed up from a shower. That being said, it would not stop me from returning.

We had an incredibly beautiful time in Tertsa, it's perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. The beautiful beach is right across the street from the house and all the residents are very friendly, you quickly feel at home and are greeted by everyone. Poppy welcomed us very warmly, she cooked a lot of delicious food for us, which awaited us upon our arrival. She is always quick to reach and very helpful and warm, the most amazing hostess you could imagine! The garden and terrace is also beautiful and you are close to nature!

Giorgio’s place was beautiful and well maintained. He was always very responsive (Ben when we locked ourselves out) and gave us recommendations for the local super market and an AMAZING place for dinner. The home was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view and had everything we needed.

Exceptional stay, warm welcome, great environment, quiet area at night and cozy apartment. Thanks to Angelika for all the good advice and kindness. We'll be back!

The place was super nice and clean and well equipped with great attention to detail and hospitality. Karolos was a friendly host and did his best to help us with everything! The views from the large balcony were beautiful and it was a lovely short walk for a morning swim in the sea. We stayed here just after the tourist season so the village was nice and quiet!

The apartment was very nice with a spectacular view. It was all within walking distance. And the hosts were super friendly and always available.

Stavros was fantastic, as was the history of this wonderful place. Rethymno was a beautiful town and we explored everywhere on foot. We decided on walking in the morning and then having a late lunch (each lunch was fantastic) and walking back up the hill to have a light supper on the deck at sunset. Beautiful and thank you so much for the care you put into your house to make it a wonderful experience.

The house was incredible, not to mention the absolutely incredible garden. It wasn’t just clean; it was prepared for our visit. Fresh bananas and baked goods awaited our arrival, which was well coordinated together with Manos, who was constantly reachable and available. This was by far one of the best locations and hosts I have ever experienced on this platform.

The apartment is very centrally located in the village, on foot you are less than 10 minutes away from the beautiful, somewhat crowded sandy beach; or the beautiful natural beach with stone sand, trees and palm trees; Chris is a super good host, always there when you need him and yet you had your privacy. We'd love to come back

We felt very comfortable in Eftychia's apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean and tidy. It is right on the sea and in a quiet neighborhood; often we were the only people on the beach. We would definitely recommend the place!

Marilou is very attentive to ensure impeccable service: many products provided, very regular maintenance, cleaning and linen change. We would highly recommend.

We were able to enjoy our 10-day vacation very much thanks to Dimitri's helpful tips and advice. The small apartment had everything for a nice stay. We liked the very quiet surroundings and the proximity to the private beach and garden very much. Dimitris supported us very well in all matters. We were very happy about the gifts we received.

We can only agree with the many positive reviews. We had a great time in the beautiful mountain village – it was a special experience. Every morning we had breakfast on the rooftop and enjoyed the tranquility. At first we thought we would miss the sea, but that was not the case at all. We really managed to relax – walks in the area were enough. We actually planned to do more, but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much that we took it easy. Nevertheless, we were traveling by car and made some nice trips, including to the coast, where we discovered great restaurants. A vacation that will stay with us in very good memory. Great location overlooking the harbour. Vibrant esplanade with outdoor seating area to enjoy the ambiance. The apartment was in close proximity to public parking, shops and restaurants- 2-3 minutes walk. Spacious 2 storey apartment with a nice master bedroom suite upstairs and balcony and fully functional kitchen and facilities and second bedroom on the ground floor.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

The views are even more stunning in person. Lovely apartment a few minutes walk to restaurants and close to the centre of the town.

We just stayed for one night. It was a great stay and the apartment has everything that you might need, coffee machine, washing machine etc. We were welcomed with some Raki and bottled water. Internet worked well. Loved it

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Very nice accommodation with its large balcony. It's nice to be greeted and to have breakfast available. Very good location to visit most of the must-see places. Recommended!

Fabulous attentive host. Light bright spacious apartment with a lift. Generous welcome pack , great walk in shower, large extremely comfortable beds and nice fresh linen. Large Windows and sliding doors onto two terraces , one with the hot tub! Sunset and sea views from both terraces. Close to bars and restaurants with Indigos our favourite just across the road on the beach front. We hired a car from the host and went on an adventure. Definitely the way to see Crete! The mountainous centre is fantastic and you get to discover other great places. Recommend Evita beach Bali which is just 30 mins along the coast. Truly a piece of heaven. Very sad to leave!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Giannis is hospitality, kindness and generosity personified and a particularly attentive host. The apartment is in a very good location close to the beach, shops and restaurants, the city center is about a 15-minute walk away. The view from the balcony is stunning! Probably one of the best welcomes in Crete, we recommend it. 😊
