Está en la planta baja (aunque hay 9 escalones de acceso al edificio), y comparte jardín y piscina con los otros dos apartamentos, Adalberti y Caeruleus. Dispone de un gran salón-comedor-cocina con todas las comodidades, Smart TV de 50 pulgadas, sofá cama con dos plazas, chimenea eléctrica… Además, cuenta con una bonita habitación que incluye una cómoda cama “King Size” y está conectada a una espectacular terraza que comunica las dos estancias, ideal para disfrutar del aire libre en un gran espacio independiente y de uso exclusivo con vistas a la piscina, el arroyo de las casas y unas estupendas vistas del pueblo.
