En un pueblo tranquilo del sur de Andalucia esta la casa Sueña, amplia, luminosa y en la misma playa. Podras disfrutar de una playa de piedrecitas familiar, muy limpia y de aguas cristalinas. La casa ha sido reformada recientemente para que sea mas cómoda, espaciosa y luminosa. Dispone de varias terrazas para el verano y de chimenea y calefacción para el invierno. Sitio perfecto para descansar escuchando el ruido del mar, bien situado para excursiones a Granada (70km) o a Malaga (108km).

Het huis ligt op 15 minuten wandelen vlakbij het dorp met bakkers en leuke restaurants. 15 minuten rijden naar het strand. 40 minuten naar Granada. 1 uur en 10 minuten naar Malaga.

Una de ellas dispone de ducha exterior y tumbonas para tomar el sol. La casa tiene 3 plantas, con aire acondicionado independiente en cada una de ellas, y bien equipada, ya que es segunda residencia del anfitrión. Internet por fibra. Excelente alojamiento para disfrutar de la costa tropical en cualquier época del año.

Hay apartamentos frente al mar. Y luego está este. La terraza se asoma directamente al Mediterráneo, tan cerca que hace décadas mi padre pescaba desde el balcón. Hoy la playa tiene más arena, pero la sensación sigue siendo la misma: dormir con el sonido de las olas y despertar con el Mediterráneo frente a ti. 🚗 Garaje privado cubierto incluido. Amplia plaza de aparcamiento situada a 300 metros (4 minutos andando). Olvídate de buscar aparcamiento incluso en temporada alta.
