It is very important to know that NOT the entire apartment is an attic space. You can walk without any problems on most of the apartment's floor area. There is only one beam that you have to be careful not to bump into, but it is at the end of the living room. The rest is great, just like the photos, and it has a window overlooking the wonderful urban skyline of the rooftops in downtown Madrid. The kitchen is American-style and opens to the living room, creating a great atmosphere. Everything is in perfect condition.

Walking through the middle of Madrid. Very small and cozy apartment. It is distributed over 2 floors with very steep stairs, take special care when going up and down. The ceilings are low, 1.90 cm. For tall people it won't be very comfortable, I guess. On the ground floor the kitchen and living room, upstairs the bedroom, bathroom and desk, interior with 3 windows and the door (all glass) free TV (Netflix...) and 2 fans, it is a low and it is cool. Welcome and take care of it as if it were yours.

The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.
