Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

I had a fantastic stay in Lake Las Vegas! The views of the mountains were absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this place for a quiet and scenic getaway.

Place was great and had everything we needed. Even had the things we didn’t think we’d need. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. There was plenty of parking inside the complex. Only real complaint I had was with wreck it Ralph, upstairs. If you’re a light sleeper and there is someone heavy footed upstairs, you can hear EVERYTHING. Otherwise a great location for what we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Really close to the strip but just far enough to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of it. Would definitely stay here again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Adrian I sincerely thank you for having us at your home, to anybody who is questioning the kitchen setup with the electric stove, I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner with absolutely no problem and my fiancé and I absolutely loved that we had everything we had throughout our time, to our EDC family, it’s ONLY 12-15 minutes away from our beautiful venue we shall be back but with a group next year but please give Adrian your consideration when choosing your next EDC!

THIS PLACE WAS SO NICE!! IT WAS PERFECT FOR ME. CLOSE TO BUS STOPS AND STORES. PRIVATE,CLEAN AND HAS IT'S OWN ENTRANCE. ALSO THEY HAD BASIC ESSENTIALS STOCKED THERE IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE IT . LIKE COFFEE MAKER WITH COFFEE, CREAM AND SUGAR. UTENSILS,SOAP AND DETERGENT TOO

This was easily one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed at. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and located just 10 minutes from the Strip- perfect to come back to after all of the hustle and bustle. Edna was responsive throughout out our entire stay and was proactive about reaching out to see if we needed anything also. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vegas!

Another great stay! House is exactly as described. Contacted Ray with a quick question upon arrival and received an immediate response. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to all Vegas activities without the chaos of staying on the strip. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house is very comfortable and makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s place. Will return!

Probably one of the best days we have ever had! Everything was clean, well stocked and in pristine condition. Our party of five had their own bed and everyone slept comfortably. Loved the pool and the decor around the house — made it feel like home!

Art was a terrific host, he was an exceptionally considerate host accommodating me as I am recovering from a broken leg, but had critical business in Summerlin. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. The home easily accommodated my 2 family members and dogs. Can’t say enough positive things about our 3 days and nights at Art’s place!

I’ll definitely book again if available. The pool was great for the Vegas heat and big enough for two people.

This place totally exceeded my expectations! The decor was super cute and made the space feel cozy and inviting. The pool was amazing (I spent so much time swimming and relaxing out there). And the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Honestly, such a great stay. I’d 100% come back!

We went to the celebrate my wife's birthday. She was very skeptical about the place, but once we got there it was just perfect. We asked the front desk if they have a room with a view and they happily provided us an available one they had. The location is simple perfect, it is so close to the Belagio and in the heart of the Strip. I am coming back on Vegas again soon and they will be my first option for my next stay for sure!

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

Hello Jack and Lilian, I had a very comfortable stay at your 1 BR CONDO, with all facilities as described. It’s quite near to the strip, with easy availability of Uber, Lyft and Taxis. Even the public transport is walking distance. The house was as per my requirements, big enough to stay for more than a week. It’s a gated community with security and clubhouse. Thanks Lillian for the baggage help. Perfect as described in photos.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Joel has an amazing place in Las vegas. When we walked in to the house, it makes us feel like a cozy home. The unit is located in a gated community. We feel safe to stay here since there is security driving around the community daily. Joel also provides snacks as well as bottles water. It was very hot during the time we visited, and found that so nice to have cool bottle water inside the fridge. The unit provided laundry machine, so we can wash our clothes during the stay. ( detergent and drying sheets are provided as well) We will definitely stay here again when we back in town.
