We had a very nice stay! The villa was very clean and the people were extremely friendly! We loved that we were able to have our dog with us! Our host did his best to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived and we will definitely book with him again! Very reasonable pricing as well! Thank you for everything!

5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway! This was our first time in Las Vegas, and staying at Christian and Mariana’s place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway after exploring the city. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with high-quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The attention to detail made everything feel effortless. Christian and Mariana were wonderful hosts—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

We had a great getaway at the condo! The pool area was perfect for relaxing and our kids didn’t want to leave the area. The lake is beautiful with lots of fun shops and restaurants! Awesome place to stay, we would definitely return.

We loved the condo and the location. Beautiful views and great restaurants and water activities. Love being off the main strip of Vegas, yet not far from the strip. Great location.

This was a great stay i really enjoyed it. I also loved the swimming pool, and the family was very nice. Quiet bedroom, and private bathroom was great.

Tom and Mei's place is super nice just as the pictures shows. Me and my friends were there for EDC event and got good rest and there is plenty of room to prepare for the event. We were too tire to use the pool and the back yard but the living room is so comfortable that you can stay in the couch for all day. It was just wonderful place to stay. Tom and Mei's also very responsible, replay quickly and gives all instruction very clearly! totally recommend!

This place was much better than described. . We came to celebrate my daughters 21st and we didn’t want to leave the cozy Airbnb. The host gave clear instructions that were easy to follow from entering to exiting. There were plenty supplies in the home which was appreciated. Will be recommending to others!

Our stay was great! The house was so clean and nice and the backyard was a perfect t place to hang for a warm weekend! Ashley was so kind with all communication! Definitely will be staying here in the future!

Ashley was a great host, the house was very quiet, beds were comfy/clean and the space was great for socializing with our group. Really great location 15 min drive away from the strip, to rest all day before going out at night. Enjoyed reading in the back yard by the pool in the AM with coffee, waiting for the late risers. Overall a great deal for a Vegas trip with a group of friends that don’t want to deal with the strip madness!!

The place is an adorable mix of Spanish and contemporary finishes, lovely stone flooring, very well appointed backyard with small pool and covered hot tub. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood appears quiet, though be advised the nearby airforce base does launch VERY loud jets starting at 830am. There is also a neighbor’s rooster who crows starting at 515am for a few hours. It’s charming but could be bothersome. The place is minutes from all the quick service foods you could think of; near lots of large shopping plazas; but on a dead end street so private. All-in-all, a lovely time and pleasant stay! Thank you team!

This home was great for a family of 10. It was 10 mins away from the strip but close to quick food spots and grocery store. House was clean and had all the amenities described. The pool was clean and pool table was a nice touch. Host was very attentive. He provided me with clear instructions and checked in to make sure that we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little place to stay! We were in Vegas for a few events during our stay, but wanted to be in Henderson as to be aware from all of the craziness, and this place was great! Picture perfect location close to lots of fun outdoor activities:) would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We loved the property! It exceeded our expectations. The condo was comfortable, clean and beautiful. We used the pool and jacuzzi and it was amazing. The cute shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The parking was free and secured underground. Overall, we would love to stay here again and again!

We went to Lake Las Vegas for a work/vacation trip. Irene’s condo was perfect for us with a gorgeous sunrise view of Lake Las Vegas, all the amenities we needed and a beautiful and relaxing 1 bedroom condo with a pristine bathroom. We are already planning a return visit

The condo was perfect and included everything we needed. The view is amazing. It is located about 30 mins from the strip which is perfect to get away from the craziness of the strip. The condo is located inside a village that includes a mini grocery store and restaurants. After a long day in the Vegas heat we would enjoy the pools. Absolutely zero complaints about our stay in this condo.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—right on the strip, which made everything super convenient. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is connected to the Cosmopolitan via elevator, which gave easy access to shopping, casinos and restaurants. The pool area was a lovely bonus—well-kept and peaceful. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to unwind after busy days. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This condo certainly does have fantastic views of Lake Las Vegas! We spent our mornings and evenings on the balcony, just enjoying the views of the development, the lake and the mountains beyond. Check-in, parking, and check-out were easy and clearly explained. Although we didn’t use the Fitness room (too busy exploring the area), it was well appointed and very clean. The development has nice walking paths throughout. Across the street you can find the Wetlands Trail (biking and walking) that runs along the Las Vegas Wash. We enjoyed our time here and would return if our travels bring us back to the area.
