El apartamento de Mariella es muy cómodo, completamente equipado, con buenos acabados y el mobiliario muy bonito. Todo lo que se ofrece se encuentra en muy buen estado, no tuvimos problemas con el internet ni aires acondicionados. El edificio y las áreas comunes bien cuidadas y limpias, buena atención del personal de seguridad. La vista a la playa desde el apartamento es muy bella. Me encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa y en una zona limpia y bastante solitaria. Totalmente satisfechos con el lugar y la atención de Mariella..

Excellent stay. Premises and surroundings are exactly as described. Apartment is well furnished with the comforts of home and the property manager (office two minutes away) responds immediately. I've paid twice as much for a fraction of the amenities. They even provide beach towels! Exceptional value for the money and perfect for long stays. The host provides an awesome detailed info package about the apartment, town and activities. Uber safe building with a system of locking doors and gates. I was able to keep A/C costs low by opening up the windows and doors every morning to take advantage of the constant breezes. Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, including hiking trails and access to all points north, south and east. Food is inexpensive with an abundance of street food vendors. The town has something for everyone and at this time of year is busy as Easter is next week. SJDS undergoes a total transformation that is interesting to see.

Estuvimos muy agusto, todo se corresponde como está descrito en la información. Es un lugar absolutamente precioso delante del mar. Conseguimos la tranquilidad que deseábamos y Roger se mostró muy amable y comunicativo desde el momento de nuestra llegada.

Súper agradecida. Mike siempre estaba atenta a mis preguntas y necesidades. Apartamento súper limpio . Iguana es un lugar que llena cualquier expectativa.

Nous avons adoré l’appartement, particulièrement la terrasse avec la vue et les couchers de soleil. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Heureusement le taxi connaissait l’emplacement. Si vous arrivez par vos propres moyens, assurez-vous vous d’arriver de clarté.

Great location - beachfront. Restaurant downstairs was amazing. Friendly staff and host. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Even has patio and rooftop access. Definitely would recommend!

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

J’ai passé un magnifique séjour chez Paula. La maison est idéalement situé à 30 secondes à pied de la plage. Toutes les commodités : restaurants, bars, magasins de surf et petit marché sont à 10 minutes à pied. L’endroit est calme et entouré d’oiseaux aux couleurs saisissantes que l’on peut admiré depuis le hamac sur la terrasse. Un havre de paix. En ce qui concerne la maison elle est bien équipée, tout fonctionne bien. Paula est facile à joindre pour toutes questions elle répond très vite et toujours prête à aider. Ce logement a été l’un des meilleurs que j’ai expérimenté en voyage. J’y retournerais sans hésiter 😍

Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 mois plus-que-parfait. Anika et Tony ont été des hôtes super accueillants et très réactifs. Si vous souhaitez vous immerger dans une petite communauté nicaraguayenne authentique, c’est l’endroit qu’il vous faut. 3 plages à proximité, toutes accessibles à pied. Il y a un minimarket à 2 min à pieds pour tous les essentiels. Mon copain a fait du télétravail et le wifi était bien parfait. Un petit bijou! Nous y retournons l’an prochain.

La casa de David tiene una ubicación perfecta frente a la playa, eso la hace única. Todos los días iba un personal hacer el aseo de todas las áreas incluyendo la piscina. La volvería a rentar definitivamente.

Juan José is an excellent host. His property is perfect for family stays, with all areas of the house thoughtfully designed. The home offers ample space for family activities indoors, and the beach is just a few meters away, featuring easy and secure access. Communication with Juan José and Félix was consistently smooth. We are certain to return very soon. Congratulations to the hosts, Juan José and his wife Sandy.

The location is great. few seconds and you are on a wonderful beach with an amazing sunset. the house is clean with white towels and sheets. there is a shower and a sink right in the master bedroom, worked perfectly for us! almost no bugs inside. mosquitoes are brutal in the evening! as soon as sun goes down you want to get inside asap! our spray didn't work. I missed that part the place doesn't have AC's, so it gets a little too hot during the day. we opened all windows and turned on the fans and during the night it gets better. if you're planning to cook, get everything you may need: oil, salt, spices. Also kids met crabs on the beach. They burrow themselves into the sand and can pinch you quite painfully if you are too close to them. I opted to wear watershoes, but my husband was ok to be there barefoot 😄 there is a little convenient store 1 min away if you need a milk or something else. the owner provides a clean drinkable water. overall a great experience, would recommend!

Wir waren zu sechst. Genug Platz für noch mehr Leute!! Die räumliche Aufteilung ist sehr gut. Alles ist sehr sauber. Jorge ist sehr sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit!! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön und man hat ein kleines Paradies !! Ich empfehle diesen Ort ausdrücklich !! Danke Jorge

El apartamento de Odette es aun más lindo que en las fotos, tiene una vista muy bonita y el lugar está impecable. La ubicación es muy buena en La Talanguera y la comunicación con ella y con las personas del lugar fue buena y efectiva, definitivamente volvería!

Janet is super proactive and communicative. Everything in the space is labeled down to the hand soap to make everything idiot proof. I paid similar prices all over San Juan del sur for a week weeks at multiple places and Janet’s condo had by far the most comfortable bed. The front desk staff is also super friendly.

Really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful spot and the apartment was exactly as described. All really clean and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where there is a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little pool just outside the apartment block which was really handy for little ones. Roberta was very helpful and quick to answer any question. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

This spot in Nicaragua is an absolute gem. It was our first trip as a family (my wife and our 10-month-old baby), and we all had a blast. Angela, our host, took care of all the logistics for getting to and from the airport, ensuring a stress-free arrival. You can run from the patio straight to one of the best waves in southern Nicaragua. The brand new private pool for guests was perfect for our baby, especially since the community pool can get crowded and noisy. Pili's restaurant and bar is just a 60-second walk from the unit, and we went often for yummy food. All the amenities are exactly as described, providing everything we needed. We needed special items for our baby, and Angela and her team sourced exactly what we needed. This was a game changer! It's a great spot for a family or a strict surf trip. We are already planning our next trip here (staying longer this time)! We had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nicaragua.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

Our stay was excepcional, the facilities and amenities were in optimal conditions, the place was pleasant. The host was kind and helpful, definitly I recommend it specially for families with kids.

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy cómodo, a solo pasos de la playa, los propietarios son muy amables y responden muy rápido cualquier duda. Para tomar en cuenta en el futuro, en el complejo hay 1 sola piscina para los 3 apartamentos, los propietarios viven ahí mismo, y aunque un automóvil puede ingresar por la calle, sí es mejor llegar con carro alto. Por lo demás, la estadía estuvo muy placentera.
