Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. In practice, it is a cave transformed into a 45m2 apartment, with everything. Lots of light, native vegetation and direct access to a mountain with rest areas on the mountain, with incredible views and several trails that you can walk. Disconnect in this unique accommodation and relax to the sound of the Water. Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
