The location of this Airbnb was amazing!! Cheap Ubers and places to walk! Literal steps from the beautiful beach as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Puerto Rico!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Incredibly kind and helpful host! She really went out of her way to help us out with an issue with important packages we had sent to the place, allowed us to check-out late & early as needed, and even had some waters & yogurts in the fridge for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, goggles for the beach, a beach bag, and she even came to lend us an umbrella when we got some heavy rainfall. The place is walking distance to the beach & Calle Loiza with lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby; we felt safe but be careful walking alone late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host is super responsive! I traveled alone and felt safe at all time especially in the building! Security are friendly and helpful!! The loft was clean and provided all you’d need for a comfy stay! The view was beautiful and it matches the pictures! The location, spectacular! The beach was across the street and several restaurants, boutiques and health mart, I recommend la hacienda for coffee, they also have rose, wine, snacks, delicious sandwiches, and a they also have really good cilantro chicken salad. I would and plan on staying here again!

This condo was a delight! It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was absolutely fantastic, offering easy access to everything we wanted to do. The highlight, though, was definitely the beautiful pool and the direct beach access right through the pool area. It made going for a swim in either the pool or the ocean incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and as described in the listing. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen had all the essentials. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the cozy lighting, quality linens, and little extras that showed real attention to detail. The location was ideal conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that offered quiet and relaxation at the end of the day. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Sonia was a fantastic host, communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She clearly cares about her guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I absolutely recommend.

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

We absolutely loved the place it was clean the pool was very refreshing and having a pool was a plus. Most importantly she communicated well with us. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice cozy and clean Airbnb.

I loved this place. Looks just like the pictures. Close to airport and different beaches/restaurants. Juan was very helpful and responsive and place was very clean and AC worked amazing!

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

Kyle's place is great. you feel at home there. Location is great . It's in a residential area. Kyle and his wife were very accommodating. The apartment is upstairs from theirs. supermarket is next door. It's easy to get . There is security in the housing development 24/7 so you will always feel safe !! The beds are extremely comfortable, pillows are amazing ! ! The only mild issue I had was the couch is a bit stained and dirty. I just through a sheet over it. The ocean is a 4 minute walk away . I'll return to Kyle's place again next time we go

Great spot located in ocean park amongst locals. My family is from the island so I enjoy interacting with the people around me. So many great food spots around and less than a 10 min walk to the beach! Can’t beat that
