Pueden alojarse cómodamente hasta 3 personas (2 adultos y dos niños hasta 12 años). Tiene una superficie de 35 m2. Distribuido en tres estancias independientes: dormitorio con cama doble de 180 cm o dos camas de 90 cm, baño completo, sala de estar con sofá-cama doble de 135 cm y cocina. Casablanca Hotel Studios dispone de veinte estudios, (para dos, tres o cuatro personas), todos ellos totalmente equipados y divididos en tres estancias independientes: un salón-cocina, dormitorio y baño completo, distribución que te permite disfrutar de diferentes espacios para una mayor libertad y comodidad en tu estancia. Todos nuestros apartamentos son amplios y con mucha luz natural, disponiendo de un salón con cocina totalmente equipada, una habitación con dos camas individuales o cama de matrimonio, y un cuarto de baño. Cada apartamento puede alojar hasta 3 personas, ya que todos disponen de un sofá-cama en el salón. En Apartamentos Casablanca podrá alojarse en un entorno tranquilo a 4 km del centro de Salamanca, disponiendo de un apartamento completo para sentirse como en casa. En la puerta del hotel hay un carril bici que lleva al centro de Salamanca. En los alrededores hay bares, restaurantes, supermercados, piscinas y caminos rurales. Hay una línea regular de autobús urbano a 1 minuto del apartahotel con parada en el centro de la ciudad con una frecuencia de parada de 15 minutos. Las mascotas tienen que estar siempre vigiladas (no pueden quedarse solas en el alojamiento).

Single-family house in the middle of nature, 3 km from the village of Candeleda. It consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged on a single floor without a slope (the space on the lower floor is not rented). Located in the La Tijera area, on a 7000m2 plot of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

La Alegría de la Huerta is a rural complex with a lot of charm, located in an exclusive and protected environment: the natural park of Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia (next to Cepeda, Salamanca). It consists of an old, renovated 20th century farmhouse and two beautiful, independent cabins. The cabins (bungalows) are two charming wooden houses that can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has a bathroom, shower, and fully stocked kitchen. There are outdoor areas with a barbecue.
