House vacation rentals in Las Delicias

Stayed here for a few days with my family and we loved the house. Very clean, great pool, great layout. There is major construction happening next door though that was extremely disruptive. The construction was happening up high on the roof while we were there so workers were just watching us while we were at the pool, it felt very uncomfortable. We also found screws and nails that had fallen into the yard which was very concerning to my barefoot kids running around. I know it's not the fault of the airbnb but some more notice about the construction to future renters while it continues on would be very helpful.

Jeffe’s place is in an amazing spot in Santa Teresa. Easily walkable to all the best restaurants and beach bars. She gave us great recommendations and the place was great! The outside area was our favorite part!

Had an amazing stay ! Location gives you a real feel of Costa Rica, she was not kidding when she said you need a 4X4 to access the property. Love the home, love the view, and love the easy communication with the host.

Absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip! Villa Koa was everything we hoped for and more. The house is spacious, beautifully laid out, and the beds were super comfy. The backyard and views were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and catching up. Just a heads-up: the villa is nestled in the mountains/jungle, so bugs are part of the experience—but nothing unexpected for the setting and totally manageable. You’ll definitely need a 4x4 with high clearance (we had a Suzuki Jimny and it handled the road great). The house is not walkable to town or restaurants, so having a car is a must. Special shoutout to Sophie, the concierge—she was amazing! She gave us fantastic local recommendations and helped plan some great outings. We had a brief issue with the hot water, but concierge responded immediately and maintenance got it sorted right away. Already planning our return next year—can’t wait!

The host is beyond gracious and the surroundings and scenery are beautiful. I recommend any other visits to stay. You’ll be met with tasteful decor and owners who care about their property that it shows. Truly magical and I had the most relaxing stay. Wonderful restaurants nearby and a great vibe all around. Will definitely come back and hang out with the hostesses in travels abroad!

Make sure you have 4x4 and book this place, you won’t regret it!!!!!!!

Muy lindo el lugar, todo muy ordenado y acogedor! La calle que da al hospedaje no está en muy buen estado, pero por lo demás todo excelente! En el área de la cocina, un poco deteriorada la cocina eléctrica pero lejos de eso todo muy bien, volvería sin duda

I could not recommend this airbnb more!!! The hosts were the best hosts I have had through airbnb. They messaged us before our stay to give us instructions on how to find the place along with restaurants and recommendations on what to do. Any questions we had they were extremely attentive and responding in minutes. The location was stunning. It was difficult to get to with a car but 100% doable. We ended up renting an ATV from a company that they work with. The ATV company came to deliver it to the house and picked it up as well The hosts offered a cleaning lady to come daily which was an even better plus. It was only about a 5 minute ATV ride to the start of the main road where all the restaurants are. Overall, we had an amazing stay :))

La cabaña es súper linda, limpia y muy tranquilo el lugar

El lugar está alejado del centro de Montezuma pero muy cerca del mismo. Cerca de Cobano, cerca de Santa Teresa. Sumamente tranquilo con vista al mar muy seguro si apagas todas las luces en la noche se puede ver un cielo espectacular y estrellado. Con arboles de mango a su alrededor. En nuestra estadía pudimos ver monos cariblancos, lapas, osos hormigueros y demás. Se duerme placenteramente y se pierde el sentido del tiempo. Recomendamos el lugar y Don William otro de los anfitriones sumamente servicial, amable y simpático. Esperemos volver nuevamente!

Everything was amazing including the chef I hired. The massage therapist for my retreat was top notch. Marisel the house manager was top of the line! She was very responsive and took care of all of my needs for my women's retreat as well and scheduled the massages and transportation. Sergio our driver for our excursions was the best. The customer service was phenomenal. My only challenge was I scheduled a beach picnic, and the description said there was a path to the beach. This is a path right along the driveway separated by greenery (not sure why the path was even built when you can just walk down the driveway and end up in the same place and easier. This path includes about 50 steps and about 8/10 cement stepping-stones that lead to a gate, you then walk across the street to another path that's not good for elderly or anyone with knee/hip/leg challenges as it's over debris, rocks, roots, water, mud etc and at least another 1000 steps if not more (not good at distance).

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara’s place. The location was excellent - it felt very private, nestled in the jungle, but also a short drive to the main strip and beaches. Despite the bathroom being open air, we saw almost no bugs and none in the downstairs unit (a big positive for my fearful girlfriend). The place itself was charming and tastefully designed. Clara was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again!

I had a great stay! Anne-Laure is a wonderful host—she made sure my check-in went smoothly and helped me out multiple times during my stay. She even gave me a hand returning my quad bike when I was checking out. Always quick to respond and happy to help with anything I needed. I’d definitely come back. Thank you so much! much.

Está casa es una verdadera joya en Montezuma. Su ubicación es un poco complicada (recomiendo un auto alto) pero considero que es el precio a pagar por tan espectacular vista al mar y al bosque y por la privacidad que el lugar proporciona. Además, Dave fue lo suficientemente claro para ayudarnos a llegar con instrucciones precisas, comunicación a tiempo y un video que hace más fácil el Acceso. La casa es tan hermosa como se muestra en las fotos; la piscina, aunque pequeña, es ideal para relajarse mientras se disfruta del entorno y del concierto de sonidos de la naturaleza. El pueblo está bastante cerca, a menos de 10 min en auto si se va por el camino corto (colocando ruta a pie) y a 20 si deciden tomar la ruta larga que marca maps con auto, cualquiera de las dos opciones para nosotros estaba bien. Gracias Dave por tu comunicación tan oportuna y por aparecer a la media noche para guiarnos. Mi familia y yo pasamos días increíbles y soñamos con una casa como la tuya. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Todo estuvo excelente! La ubicación es perfecta puedes ir caminando a la playa, el lugar es súper tranquilo y el studio súper acogedor. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y la parrilla es excelente

I am basing my review on my interactions with the host, Geraldo. AirBnBs ratings are competitive so I will rate this unconventionally. There are some improvements to be made, but being a new listing and host, Geraldo seems committed to making this into an ideal AirBnB. People booking should be aware this is “off the beaten path”. If you don’t know how roads can be in rural Costa Rica (sometimes rough) and unwilling to experience OR you hope to be closer to all the action, this one isn’t for you. BUT if you want some peace from the hustle of Santa Teresa and to experience Costa Rican nature like listening to howler monkeys in the bush, this place delivers. It does have good proximity for getting down to the beaches. The whole house has hot water! The a/c is cold, deck has nice views. Pool is more of a soaker tub. Beds were comfy for us. Kitchen fully equipped with stove/oven. The host is super responsive. Non-Ticos, plan to filter or bring in bottled water as precaution.

Our family really enjoyed this home - especially seeing the monkeys, having great swings for our daughter to play on, and an amazing rooftop view!! When the pool pump was not working properly, Rafal was there very quickly to fix the timer and was very personable. When in this area, we would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at Richards place, and loved the location being right next to Rocobar to grab a bite to eat. The beach is amazing, we would definitely book again.

This home had beautiful views, a wonderful staff, and was a superb find for our family’s Christmas vacation. Santa Teresa is amazing and we had some of the best food on vacation ever! Our host , Brano was very responsive and our local helpers were amazing. There is a housekeeping staff on site, but they respect your privacy and keep watch over the property. They brought us extra towels when needed and were overall extremely respectful and helpful. For those traveling to this location, I strongly recommend either a car or ATVs as the home is located up a steep driveway. It is walkable (and there are 150 stairs to use instead) but to do this on a daily basis, you would have to be pretty fit and young. In addition, there are stairs from the driveway to get down to the house and these would not be appropriate for anyone with balance or stability issues. They were fine for us at 50 years old, but should be a consideration for anyone with walking or stability issues. We had a great time!

Adara and her family have created a unique and magical place. The garden is beautiful and the pool is majestic. Casa Monos is comfortable, perfect for a couple or a young family with one child. The environment is private and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor shower and the view of the gardens. Cabuya is a charming little fishing village. It was our second visit to the area—we love it here and wouldn’t hesitate to book Feeling Tree Lodge again if we return in the near future.

Great place to stay, we really enjoy our time there

This property in Montezuma is ideal. Just far enough from town to have peace and quiet when desired, but also only steps to the town if some nightlife is what you are looking for. The beach location is perfect and just above the sea turtle conservation area - we were lucky enough to witness a hatching event! The grounds and pool area are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property itself is bright and clean with lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house keeper Lilly was very responsive if anything extra was needed. We loved the big bright shower with skylight. We actually were able to see monkeys in the trees right outside the window in the shower one morning! Karen, our host, was very responsive and generous with her time and suggestions. Oh and if you are looking for some out of this world fish tacos and iced coconut coffee check out Habitat just above the main village. Wow! Highly recommend!

Très belle casita! C’était propre et identique aux photos, très sécuritaire. Alexia était très gentille, répondait rapidement aux messages et aux petits soins de ses invités. Nous recommandons fortement d’y séjourner lors de votre passage a Santa-térèsa.
