House vacation rentals in Las Delicias

Stayed here for a few days with my family and we loved the house. Very clean, great pool, great layout. There is major construction happening next door though that was extremely disruptive. The construction was happening up high on the roof while we were there so workers were just watching us while we were at the pool, it felt very uncomfortable. We also found screws and nails that had fallen into the yard which was very concerning to my barefoot kids running around. I know it's not the fault of the airbnb but some more notice about the construction to future renters while it continues on would be very helpful.

As everyone says it's hard to describe. If you are looking for a convenient, sterile, cookie cutter hotel, this may not be for you. But if you want to emerse yourself in nature and environment, this is a total paradise. Joachim went above and beyond to attend to our needs

This home had beautiful views, a wonderful staff, and was a superb find for our family’s Christmas vacation. Santa Teresa is amazing and we had some of the best food on vacation ever! Our host , Brano was very responsive and our local helpers were amazing. There is a housekeeping staff on site, but they respect your privacy and keep watch over the property. They brought us extra towels when needed and were overall extremely respectful and helpful. For those traveling to this location, I strongly recommend either a car or ATVs as the home is located up a steep driveway. It is walkable (and there are 150 stairs to use instead) but to do this on a daily basis, you would have to be pretty fit and young. In addition, there are stairs from the driveway to get down to the house and these would not be appropriate for anyone with balance or stability issues. They were fine for us at 50 years old, but should be a consideration for anyone with walking or stability issues. We had a great time!

Suggestion for tenants: the car really needs to be 4X4!! The place is beautiful, I don't know how to explain how beautiful it is...but the entrance and exit is extremely difficult if you don't have a 4X4, and if you use the transport or "taxis" that are here in Santa Teresa, the foreigners charge you up to 16,000 colones ($31.50) for a 2 min round trip, in my opinion the transport is very expensive haha. But overall it's a beautiful place! We will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the area and the house more. Thank you Alvaro, always for your kindness and attention. You were the best Host,🙂‍↕️🥹 the truth is we had a very good experience. We saw monkeys, we enjoyed the pool, even taking a shower with the forest in view was refreshing! We loved it!

Pictures do not do justice to the view from this property ! Host was amazing , recommend renting ATVs , host arranged for them to be delivered for us, we loved riding them into town , to the beaches and visited Montezuma and the tide pools. We look forward to renting this property again on our next visit to the area !

Amazing location / space. The construction outside was a lot to deal with but I guess it was in the description. The highlight was the host / concierge. They were the best I had in all my travels. They set up flights, answered questions and were Fabulous!

It's evident how much effort Dave has put into the design of the home. The decor he selected is beautiful and unique. The hammocks were a wonderful treat. The bathrooms were each uniquely and beautifully designed, two of the three have open air showers. We enjoyed the privacy of the home. With so many windows and the open air in many areas of the house, we truly experienced the feeling of being immersed in the forest and nature. We were excited to hear howler monkeys off in the distance. The ocean view, forest, and sunrises were beautiful from the large back deck, and looking out from the master bedroom sliding door and deck. The darkness of the secluded home blessed us with millions of stars each night. The home maintained a temperature perfect for comfort, including at night, due to the home design, the screened windows/doors, along with the open air eaves. Dave also offered some great tips on things to do and restaurant recommendations.

One of the nicest homes we have stayed in in Costa Rica! The view was great, 😊 and the landlady with her sweet dogs was always on site and very sweet! A good car is necessary for the journey.

The place is far from downtown Montezuma but very close to it. Near Cobano, near Santa Teresa. Extremely quiet with ocean views, very safe. If you turn off all the lights at night you can see a spectacular starry sky. With mango trees around it. During our stay we were able to see white-faced monkeys, limpets, anteaters and others. You sleep pleasantly and lose track of time. We recommend the place and Don William, another of the hosts, is extremely helpful, kind and friendly. We hope to be back again!

We had the best time at Richards place, and loved the location being right next to Rocobar to grab a bite to eat. The beach is amazing, we would definitely book again.

Casa Tina was a gem. We had a wonderful vacation with our 3-generation family. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the outdoor facility. Thank you!

I had a great stay! Anne-Laure is a wonderful host—she made sure my check-in went smoothly and helped me out multiple times during my stay. She even gave me a hand returning my quad bike when I was checking out. Always quick to respond and happy to help with anything I needed. I’d definitely come back. Thank you so much! much.

Make sure you have 4x4 and book this place, you won’t regret it!!!!!!!

There were six of us in Felicitas' house and we had a wonderful time. The pool is fantastic and was especially loved by our children. The house is the last house before the entrance to the national park. We saw many animals from the garden - including red macaws, howler monkeys, scorpions, and the toads in the pond. We were able to eat very well and sit in the evenings on the terraces. A car is recommended as we did not see any buses there.

This property in Montezuma is ideal. Just far enough from town to have peace and quiet when desired, but also only steps to the town if some nightlife is what you are looking for. The beach location is perfect and just above the sea turtle conservation area - we were lucky enough to witness a hatching event! The grounds and pool area are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property itself is bright and clean with lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house keeper Lilly was very responsive if anything extra was needed. We loved the big bright shower with skylight. We actually were able to see monkeys in the trees right outside the window in the shower one morning! Karen, our host, was very responsive and generous with her time and suggestions. Oh and if you are looking for some out of this world fish tacos and iced coconut coffee check out Habitat just above the main village. Wow! Highly recommend!

I could not recommend this airbnb more!!! The hosts were the best hosts I have had through airbnb. They messaged us before our stay to give us instructions on how to find the place along with restaurants and recommendations on what to do. Any questions we had they were extremely attentive and responding in minutes. The location was stunning. It was difficult to get to with a car but 100% doable. We ended up renting an ATV from a company that they work with. The ATV company came to deliver it to the house and picked it up as well The hosts offered a cleaning lady to come daily which was an even better plus. It was only about a 5 minute ATV ride to the start of the main road where all the restaurants are. Overall, we had an amazing stay :))

The cabin is super nice, clean and very quiet the place

Our family really enjoyed this home - especially seeing the monkeys, having great swings for our daughter to play on, and an amazing rooftop view!! When the pool pump was not working properly, Rafal was there very quickly to fix the timer and was very personable. When in this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Words cannot describe Gabby’s house, it was AMAZING! For prior vacations, we have stayed in houses in Playa Carrillo, Samara, and Quepos and Casa Del Sol by-far tops ALL of those houses. From the million dollar view, to the quality of the build/house, to the AWESOME DECOR, to the on-site hosts (Henry and Zeidy), ALL of it was top notch! When you’re in the backyard/in the pool, of course you feel like you’re at the beach, but that continues inside with all of the homey beach house decor! And did I mention the AC??? Ice cold, perfect for coming in from a long day fishing or beach! Next mention is Henry and Zeidy, UNBELIEVABLY welcoming and attentive, yet they know how to respect privacy. If you’ve never stayed at a house with daily cleaning, it’s a GAME CHANGER. Any issue or request, taken care of immediately. And not to mention Zeidy’s cooking! We had 3 lunches and 2 dinners prepared by Zeidy, simply delicious! We are even talking about booking again during the dry season!
