beautiful place described perfectly, clean, ample, walking distance to restaurants/kiosk, water taxi, small shops, mins away from seven seas beach and other beaches, Camila recommended places to eat and other near by services. Waking up to the ocean view and the sound of waves was the highlight of my trip. You can see the sunrise right from the balcony.

Loved this apartment! Amazing views and great overall location. Host was great and checking in was a breeze. Had 4 beach towels with was really nice too! 10/10

Easy check in, you just have to follow instructions, elevators work, stunning view, photos as described,very spacious. Ac worked great, bathroom shower was amazing. Note there is no shade or curtain for the sliding doors (if you are sensitive to light) beach chairs, beach towels were included. Host was very responsive and addressed a small issue we had with bed sheets. There is plenty of lighting that is adjustable as well as 2 ceiling fans and 3 separate A/C units on the wall. 2 TV’s on the wall. There is a binder of instructions with rules, which looks overwhelming but self explanatory. Our stay was for 4 days, quiet building, they have a washer dryer downstairs. There is pool we didn’t get to even look at, because it said it needed reservation on the rule book, security guard said no reservation needed. (So check it out)Plenty of parking never had and issue finding a spot. Felt safe a lot of nice restaurants walkable distance from condo. Would recommend and would stay here again. 5⭐

This place is amazing! Location couldn’t be better and that roof patio was amazing! We really enjoyed spending evenings up there! The condo had everything you could need, even in an unexpected blackout, there were flashlights, candles, etc. and Rafy made sure to check in with us. The pool was great and being right across the street from the beach was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at Jessica’s apartment! Everything was spotless and comfortable! Everything you might need is available for the beach, to eat, or relax with some wine or coffee in the morning while listening to the waves in the balcony. The view is amazing! The apartment is spacious and the area is close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and for me it was close to my family so it was an excellent spot! Jessica is an amazing host. Very responsive and considerate to your questions or needs. I will definitely be booking here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay🤗

Beautifully renovated apartment next to the Conquistador ferry docks. Great view of the water, and the location was perfect for the Icacos water taxis or the ferries in Ceiba. The bed was comfortable, AC worked well & the bathroom was clean. The apartment felt really spacious for the two of us. We came in late & had to wait a while for the security to let us up from the parking garage. Instructions for keys/parking passes were extremely clear, just took an extra 10 minutes of our time to get those things situated. Building is a little bit older & has its quirks (you need to put the actual key into the elevator to go anywhere) but once you step into the apartment it feels completely brand new and modern. Would recommend & would stay again!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Katianas place. Her place was clean, had plenty of towels, was literally a short walk to a very calm and peaceful beach. She also had chairs, beach toys and a cooler to use, which was great. It’s super close to the Luquillo Kioskos, and also another beach area that had a ton of things to do. The area felt safe as well. We enjoyed the sounds of the coqui and the random rain we got most days. Overall, it was a good space and a good location. Katiana was also very responsive if we had questions, her instructions on checking in and getting keys out of lockboxes. Thank you again Katiana!

Gabriel was as an excellent host-- extremely responsive & quick to answer any questions we may of had. The views of the beach from Gabriel's Airbnb are stunning-- absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Puerto Rico-- I highly recommend a stay at Gabriel's spot!

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

This was the most perfect spot! The view overlooking the marina was absolutely stunning, and the space itself had so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. It was the perfect base for exploring the island. We especially loved the hammock and the balcony, it was such a peaceful spot to relax and take it all in. Clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.

We loved the place except that the check in instructions were not accurate and we were stranded for an hour below the apartment building as we did not have the key card to enter the elevator and the host did not respond. A fellow resident was kind enough to help us enter the elevator with his key card. I would suggest the host to make his check in instructions more accurate. The host responded on the second day of our stay and when we expressed our inconvenience, he again stopped responding. Overall ok experience! Place was good for 2 people and decently clean. View is beautiful.

The condo is very accurately pictured and described. We loved the view from the balcony with the coconut palms in front and many other islands visible in the distance. Sunrises and moonlight shining on the water were spectacular. The location is convenient for walking to places to eat and drink. Also there are many tours and excursions that depart from nearby. Parking is under the building, and the spaces are wide. There's 24 hour security at the entrance, and the guys were always polite and helpful. We found the condo to be super clean everywhere. We were also impressed by the amenities. Tissues, napkins, paper towels, a variety of coffee K-pods, and many different teas, etcetera. Also, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear were all provided. It felt like the hosts were very thoughtful and generous. In summary, it was a great stay! Very comfortable, and it felt like a great value for the price and everything included. We would stay here again.

Amazing view and great location, in front of two of Fajardo’s boat Marinas, near las Croabas also. Easy check-in process, two accesible parking spots. The complex has several pools and common areas accessible from the apartment. Air conditioning working great, lot of sea breeze also. Thanks Wilson
