Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Las Conchas

Beautiful unit, and a very cool property. Me and one other friend stayed for 3 days and had a great time. There’s two masters and both have deck access directly from the rooms. More than enough room for 4 people. They also have a filtered water line installed in the unit so helps a ton to not worry about that! Pools are a good hang. We found the main pool to be more entertaining than the rooftop pool, but it’s still cool to go up and see it at happy hour. Lots going on at the beach too Overall location is a bit odd from an access standpoint if you’re planning to explore and drive, but is still only 15-40 minutes from most places (downtown/golf courses) Overall, would definitely recommend.

Great place, my boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay. The servers and bartenders were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and we were able to get an early check in!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Adam’s condo! It was super clean and comfortable, it smelled good and it was spacious for our family of 4. We definitely enjoyed the kid pool area as well as having the beach super close only about a 2 minute walk from the condo! Adam was quick at responding when we needed assistance w/ working the cable tv and the apps. The security and staff were amazing as well. We will definitely book again!

My family and I had a great time and was able to relax. It was my mom's first time visiting Mexico and she is already planning for us to come back. I loved my stay here and I love this community. Everyone is welcoming, it's a great location, it's secure and peaceful. planning to come back soon!

Ellen’s condo was a great choice!! Very clean and comfortable. Nice views of the resort , pools and the beach 🏝️ Check in and check out was clear and helpful with very detailed instructions and information of the area. It was perfect 👍 for our long weekend !!! We could not have been happier with our stay. We enjoyed rising to the beautiful sunrise and coffee in the patio, walks on the beach and the kitchen was perfect to cook in with all the cookware and utensils one needs to cook with. The beds are comfortable and the living area is perfectly set up to unwind after a day at the beach. We will definitely return.

house was located close to the beach and the home had tons of beach items (beach wagons, life vests, kayaks, other beach toys, umbrellas, chairs) which made it really awesome for our large family. This house was a great find.

The home was absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. The bedrooms were comfortable, and all had private bathrooms providing all of our guests the privacy and comfort they needed. The kitchen has everything you need, making your stay convenient. The outside area has so much space and different sections to relax from the pool area, sun bathing bed and chairs, a shaded table and a fire pit area giving everyone an opportunity to relax or enjoy their space. It was the perfect stay and I just wish we had more time.

It was very comfortable and relaxing. AC in the home worked Great! Refrigerator wasn’t at cooling temperature, but with the blocks of ice given to us by host, it really helped cool it down faster. Great place to stay. Ocean is walking distance definitely need water shoes. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Casa Gio was very nice and spacious for a large family ! Went through some weather issues and the host/housekeeping responded to help solve the issue .

The host was very responsive anytime we needed assistance with something. The home itself was very comfortable our family felt right at home and had lots of space for everyone to fit comfortably. We would definitely return again on our next family trip if the house is available.

The Condo was exceptionally clean with all the amenities that you needed. Gary always responded very quickly to any questions and was helpful during our entire stay. Will plan on staying there again.
