Vacation rentals with a patio in Las Conchas

We had a great stay. I was a little hesitant to stray from Sandy Beach, but I’m so glad we did. Playa Encanto is beautiful and has everything I love about Sandy Beach, but is much less crowded. Encantame Towers is gorgeous, with great pools, surprisingly good restaurants and great service. We especially loved the palapas on the beach and the rooftop pool. The condo itself was very clean and had all the basic cooking implements, some beach towels, and etc. We’ll definitely check Tana’s place for availability on our next trip to Rocky Point!

Cozy one bed, 2 bath apartment with private parking. Very quiet neighborhood, close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Place has everything you need for a short or long stay. Will definitely come back.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Adam’s condo! It was super clean and comfortable, it smelled good and it was spacious for our family of 4. We definitely enjoyed the kid pool area as well as having the beach super close only about a 2 minute walk from the condo! Adam was quick at responding when we needed assistance w/ working the cable tv and the apps. The security and staff were amazing as well. We will definitely book again!

Nice and modern home in Las Conchas. Close to the beach. I was unable to make the garage work, but no issue as there is plenty of parking. Claudia was a good host and responsive

We could not have been happier with our stay. We enjoyed rising to the beautiful sunrise and coffee in the patio, walks on the beach and the kitchen was perfect to cook in with all the cookware and utensils one needs to cook with. The beds are comfortable and the living area is perfectly set up to unwind after a day at the beach. We will definitely return.

The house had everything described and then some. It was comfortable and stunning. We were able to walk on the sandbar in the mornings and watch dolphins from the kitchen. The biggest hurdle is sand but having laundry and a broom kept things in check throughout our trip. We loved the home and were extremely safe and happy. Walmart was an easy go-to and was 15 minutes away. They have a mix of American comfort items and Mexican foods. The only hurdle is going to town. The house is tucked away and if you are looking for lots of time in town, it takes around 30 minutes to get there. If you’re looking for beach and lots of shells, come stay here! The house is amazing and we’re excited to plan our next trip.

The house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean with updated with beautiful finishes and furniture! The kitchen had everything we needed and some! When we arrived it was very stormy and the power was out, but Jennifer was very responsive and had a local come help us get in the house. There was beach access just steps from the house, and the view from the patio was amazing! We travel to Rocky Point several times a year, and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed!

This beach house was everything we hoped it would be. We got to walk right out the door and take our dogs for a beachwalk a few times a day and for a night walk every night. The dogs were in heaven. We were so happy to get to spend time with them on these magical beaches. We were in awe at the amount of unique sea shells all over the beaches. A few of the neighbors had dogs but it seemed everyone was very respectful and took their dogs out at different times of day so we each could enjoy a massive stretch of private beaches. The inside of the house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. We were nervous about using too much water since the shower takes a while to warm up but thankfully we didn’t run out. Oh and the enclosed backyard was great to let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. Wonderful Airbnb and we hope to come back again!

The home was absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. The bedrooms were comfortable, and all had private bathrooms providing all of our guests the privacy and comfort they needed. The kitchen has everything you need, making your stay convenient. The outside area has so much space and different sections to relax from the pool area, sun bathing bed and chairs, a shaded table and a fire pit area giving everyone an opportunity to relax or enjoy their space. It was the perfect stay and I just wish we had more time.

Casa Gio was very nice and spacious for a large family ! Went through some weather issues and the host/housekeeping responded to help solve the issue .

From the 2nd to 6th of June we stayed in Randy's condo. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The condo has everything you need and Randy was very attentive to all our request.Thank you for the good service. We'll definitely be back!❤️

Super friendly host. We needed help finding the key to get inside and they responded very quickly with great help. The house was super clean and comfortable. Had some noise come from the upstairs neighbors but other than that, it’s such a nice spot. 10/10 would rent again.

This is one of the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Amber was so nice and responsive to every message and gave great details. The condo was amazing with a beautiful view over the resort. We will be coming back in the future to stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at Encántame Towers - everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully furnished, clean, and spacious, with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen made dining in easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights after a long day in the sun. We loved the resort-style amenities like the infinity pool and swim up bar, and the beach was just a short walk away. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making our stay seamless. We will happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rocky Point!

Beautiful view of Las Conchas, and the pool area. Very clean unit in a nice complex facing the ocean. Across the street from the neighborhood that's on the beach. The AirBNB map is a little misleading as to how close it is to the ocean. Other than that, it's a great place, and Karla was very responsive to all communication.

Dave’s apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped. It has excellent decor taste — it’s truly stunning.

From the moment I arrived I felt peace and serenity. The check in was super easy and the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. The room view is gorgeous, everything was new and clean. The bed was so comfortable with hotel sheets. I went to the sports bar downstairs for dinner which is on the fancier end of sports bar and grill. I had the shrimp tacos and tuna avocado with chips and the signature drink Bacanorra cowboy boot . Strong and tasty. I also had sushi at the rooftop pool, food and service was good with an amazing view of the ocean. Just remember to bring sunscreen and off for the nights because the mosquitoes are hungry! I definitely will come again for a longer stay.
