The house is gorgeous super comfortable and with great amenities, great please to relax and enjoy the views, however, if you want to go sea swing this isn’t the place to go since the tides go up and down (far away) twice a day.

Josh and Christina’s place was excellent! The views were incredible, and Tower 3 is definitely the spot—more private, peaceful, and way less crowded (especially with kids) compared to Towers 1 and 2. The condo itself felt brand new—everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was spotless and well-appointed. The patio was easily my favorite part; we spent a lot of time out there just soaking in the views. As a mid-30s business owner who works too much, this was the perfect escape. That said, it’d be great for families too—you can bring the kids to the quiet Tower 3 pool or head over to Towers 1 and 2 to use their amenities. Highly recommend this place, whether you're looking to relax or still want access to the action!

We are Puerto Peñasco regulars and have stayed at many places along sandy beach and this beach home was fantastic for our family and friends with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a large open concept kitchen and living room. We also enjoyed the patio in the evenings. This home is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, has great beach access with a walkway directly from the house to the beach and is only a short 2 minute walk to the community pool. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Esperanza, it was the perfect place for our group!

Beautiful home and location. Tons to do and see around the resort. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions. This is not a good location for beach access for the kids to play in the water. But when the tide eventually comes in it is beautiful. The resort had great amenities and was well kept. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. The view, of the ocean, from the balcony added a beautiful backdrop to our vacation. The space was comfortable and inviting with all necessary amenities to feel at home. With such a short walk to the beach and access to multiple pools, I could not have asked for more. Chad was helpful and kind with all of our communication. We'll be coming back for sure.

Amazing stay, very private and we felt completely safe the entire time. The only downside was that the beach near the property didn’t have water reaching the shore during our visit, it was super muddy as well so we couldn’t even walk by the shore so we had to drive about 20 minutes to a public beach. Other than that, everything was perfect!

It is hard to imagine a more beautiful home and setting. The brick dome ceiling, beautiful wood and travertine finishes, sunken tile showers, and high end decorations all make this home very pleasing to the eye. The beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The included kayak and paddle board were great fun. This home is located in a beautiful resort setting right next to the pools and beach. The mac computer and several TV's were an added bonus. This was truly an enjoyable vacation!

First off it was easy to find on Google maps using the coordinates that were sent by message. Second, the place was gated and very private, even though we stayed at a villa to keep the family together, it was nice that it was part of resort which allowed us all the amenities such as pools and gym etc. The host was very responsive and willing to help out with any issues right away. Truly recommend them and the place. Location is perfect for anyone that wants to have private time away from the noise and wants to feel a little secluded. The beach was at walking distance, very clean and viewable from our villa. We had a very relaxing time.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It's right above the swimup bar. All the other pools are very close as well. The beach is under a 10 minute walk. It's also located close to other restaurants and the Malecon. You can get anywhere within 10 minutes of driving. Best part was the balcony and the beautiful views. Definitely worth it especially if you are going in a big group. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it had everything you can possibly need to cook.

We had an great stay at Once Upon a Tide! The house was clean, just steps from the beach, and had stunning ocean views. The AC was ice cold (we ended up there on a surprisingly hot week) and the kids loved the beach toys provided. The rooftop patio was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurant. The hosts were great, both Carol and Eric!

We had an excellent trip. We went down due to my health issues for a recovery, and I came back feeling rested and recovered. The place was gorgeous. The vibe was peace and it was just incredible.

The Condo I had original booked had gone under maintenance and FMI was able to accommodate and move me over to a Villa at no additional cost which was amazing. Thank you!
