New modern and chic apartment in a great location [museums]

The accommodation is exterior and bright. Equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, open to the living room and dining room, fully equipped with a wide variety of appliances such as a microwave, blender, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, iron (and ironing board), washing machine. The living room is very nice with a sofa bed and a 4K Smart TV, flat screen. Bed linen and towels are included. Free WIFI. Minimum booking 2 days. We will be happy to assist you from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Next to the historic center and the Heliodoro Rodríguez López Stadium. This apartment is also close to García Sanabria Municipal Park and less than 1.5 km from the Auditorium and César Manrique Maritime Park. Las Teresitas is a 15-minute drive away. It is ideal for exploring the city by foot. Good bus and taxi connections, and near a tram stop. There is a 24-hour public parking lot just a few meters from the apartment.

Family home located in Geneto. Perfect for families or couples / Group travel. Nice, spacious and very quiet. You will have common access to the first floor. I live on the second floor, with a separate entrance. A short drive away you will find shopping centers, a hospital, the North airport, Radazul beach, downtown Santa Cruz and the old town of La Laguna.
