The apartment is in a family building with only 3 floors, built in 1998, very quiet and bright. The street is pedestrian and the building has an elevator.

At night you can hear the crashing waves even from the back of the apartment. Regarding wifi, it is available, but sometimes it loses the signal, so its continuous operation is not guaranteed.
