The house does not have its own bedroom, but a very good sofa bed in the living room that quickly turns into a bed in the evening. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped so you can choose to eat at home or take the short trip down to the city. Parking on the property means that you avoid any stress with street parking.

The 110 square unit is centrally located at the sea, Color Line and consists of old wooden house buildings. The guesthouse dates from the late 1800s and was originally a residence for shoemakers and servants in its time. The guesthouse is recently renovated and delicately furnished with three double bedrooms, and is offered most amenities one would need during a stay. From Sjøgata there is a short drive to both beach and centre. If you want to book one or more bedrooms, you will have private access to the whole house

Annex/small house with walking distance to the sea (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
