It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

This home is located in a very quiet location close to the start of hiking trails. Close to the center of the village of Laroque des Albères, and restaurants and shops, come and have a pleasant stay in this independent apartment just 15 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed or 2 80 x 200 beds, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom and toilet as well as a covered terrace and a wooded exterior.

Composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave, electric stove, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker...), a bedroom with comfortable bedding from "Emma" in 160, a dressing room where you can store your belongings, bathroom (with shower cabin, water point, washing machine, toilet), reversible air conditioning and a terrace. Linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.

The "Casa Cinc" is a charming 2-story village house located in the heart of Laroque des Albères, at the foot of the castle. Perched on the rampart of the old village, it offers breathtaking views of the Albères Mountains from the terrace and every room of the house. The barn, located between Le Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albera, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.

Welcome home! This peaceful and comfortable studio is located in the typical village of Laroque des Alberes. A few meters from hiking trails and close to the village of Collioure (15 min drive), you will enjoy a quiet stay, while remaining close to entertainment (restaurants, shops, etc.). This renovated studio, attached to our house, has a separate entrance and a private terrace.
