Quickly l felt like at home and was a part of the family. loanna is a very active lady , works a lot , but when you contact her , she answers as soon as possible. Located in a quiet residential complex, just 1 minute walk to the beach. The house is beautiful, well maintained and furnished with a lot of love. There is nothing missing: quiet air conditioning, Tupperware, adapters, plenty of towels and even beach accessories such as loungers, umbrella and diving goggles. Outside there is a faucet and an entrance directly into the bathroom - super practical after the beach. The airport is 10 minutes away., supermarkets 10–15 min. away. Yes, you can hear planes - especially at the beginning - but it hardly bothers you, and over time we even liked it. We were there at the end of May, almost alone in the complex – fantastically quiet. The bed was comfortable, on request there was a topper. The beach is flat, with few waves – ideal for swimming. And host Stavros? Warm, attentive, always available – and the full refrigerator on arrival was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach, friendly host, spacious villa, there are everything for living even tumble dryer, terrace and little garden. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa, with direct access to the beach. Close to airport and an easy drive to finikoudes, Mackenzie and larnaca in general. Local supermarket, bakeries, coffee shops all within a short drive.

The place was booked by me for my in-laws and her son and everything worked wonderfully from the beginning to the check-out! Designed as a semi-detached house, the property is close to the relatively active road and at the same time a few steps away from the public but small beach, not far from Larnaca Airport. Despite the starting and landing machines as well as passing and parking cars, which were heard in between, one can speak of a quiet location. Especially on weekends, the adjacent parking lot was full, but this did not bother us to visit my in-laws by car. The cottage had everything you needed on a vacation, from snorkeling sets to semi-automatic grill with large skewers! Of course, the remaining equipment was available on the furniture and household goods, there was nothing lacking. Many thanks to Solon and Christiana!

Great place to stay! The host is very responsive and responsible—he helped us check in at midnight, which we really appreciated. The room is spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and everything matches the description. We had a wonderful experience!

Alexandra's place is really nice and cozy, with an amazing location, right next to one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Alexandra is a great host, very responsive, helpful, and polite. Our stay was perfect and without any issues and set us up for a great vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

We can totally recommend a stay at this great small house. We enjoyed the great hospitality of Militsa and Angeliki and walking on the close beach. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday 😊

The place was amazing and clean as well; but the only thing that didn’t meet my expectations is that i saw a picture of the saint lazarus church so i thought the apartment would be nearer to it. Other than that, the street was very peaceful and situated next to a supermarket which was convenient and near the beach too. The wifi and hot water are excellent 👌🏻👌🏻 Thank you for your hospitality and i look forward to repeating this experience.

The place is great. Location - 8 minutes to a guarded, beautiful beach with sun loungers. The same amount for the salt lake. 15 minutes to the center, and you can walk along the promenade by the water or through incredibly atmospheric streets. The apartment has everything you could need. The air conditioning works very well, as does the water heating. Everything for cooking is available, spices, washing machine, iron, towels, blankets, extra pillows. Very clean. Great contact. Nothing could have been done better.
