Can’t recommend Sergiu’s more. Looks just like the pictures and was a truly relaxing week, the tree out front was so beautiful and is walking distance to shops, cafés, and the beach. Hot tub is a great addition, and the beds, sofas, bathrooms were all really comfy/good as well. Thank you Sergiu for having us!

The host was very responsive and was able to meet specific requests we had. The place is specious, short walking distance from the beach, has a very large swimming pool and well equipped kitchen. the place is clean and comfortable (although not everyone liked the spring mattresses, but that's a personal preference). The kitchen includes silverware, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and various pots and pans. Multiple EU-->UK power adapters are available, which is a very nice touch. Perfect place for a family. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

I think it is one of the best places to stay for people who like places outside of the town. Host is always very nice and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing and the house is very convenient. We found everything we needed. We recommend the place to everyone.

This property is even better than the photos do justice, very new and the host is the best they come. everything on time and responsive the property has many more features that not included at the time of taking photos or listing this property in airbnb. 12 mins drive from the city center of limassol, beautiful restaurants in the surrounding and have the cozy peace one needs while on holiday

where to start... from the initial contact with the team, who were prompt and very knowledgeable regarding our upcoming holiday in Cyprus. To arranging our New Year's Eve family dinner with live music and dancing, Anna and team made our first trip to Atlantis in our top five family holidays. We visited out of season so it was the perfect recharge your batteries break, having a car is a must so you can explore the incredible country side and fully experience the wonderful Cypriot hospitality. Thank you, for helping us make wonderful memories in a chilled, luxurious mini resort...ohh and our daughter made a friend for life in 3 month old Flora, the tabby! See you in April!!

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

Beautiful, very tastefully furnished small apartment in a small village near the coast. The sea is in sight, on the roof terrace there is a jacuzzi and all sights are within a maximum of an hour's drive. Christoph, his wife and their super nice little children live in the same house. There is also a restaurant in the house with exquisite cuisine.

The view and the private beach just steps away are wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We stayed for 6 nights in February for a fact-finding trip to Cyprus to view potential holiday homes. The villa is perfectly located for very easy access to Larnaca airport. At this time of year (off season) many places are closed, however there is a fantastic taverna in the village a short drive away, and only a very slightly longer drive takes you to many other facilities in nearby Timi. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing trip on the East coast side of Cyprus. We didn't try the pool as it's rather cold at the moment, but the hot tub is great. Note ... the listing doesn't mention that towels are provided but I can confirm that that are. If you like cats there are if course many local ones who will love to visit you. Kitchen ... very adequate Living area ... very comfortable WiFi... very fast although slightly weak signal upstairs. TV ... excellent for Smart TV functions although available satellite channels appeared to be only Arabic ones. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at villa del mar. The combination of the outdoor kitchen the lovely pool ( which we paid to have heated) and access to the sea made it the perfect place to stay. It was really easy to self cater there and there were good supermarkets close by and nice restaurants in the nearby small towns. You need to have a car to visit the local towns and attractions but you can go for nice walks along the seaside from the villa. The camel park was a great fun place to visit - we had a great time even though we were an adult party! You could actually spend a long time there with young children as there is lots of great play equipment, a restaurant and pool as well as the animals.
