Shelter: traditional architecture between hiking trails (A Moa (Red Natura), Aguillóns, Camiño dos Costados), a walk framed by stone walls surrounded by granaries and at the bottom the immense beach of Carnota, Boca do Rio and its marsh (a 10-minute walk from the shelter). Located in the shelter of Mount Pindo, built in 1920, designed and restored in 2021 as a lasting space where time stands still. A terrace sheltered from the wind by a stone wall in the shade of century-old fig and laurel trees.

Casa rústica situada en la aldea de Panchés,(Ayto. de Carnota). Un enclave con una tranquilidad absoluta, con el Monte Pindo a nuestras espaldas. Tenemos también a 3 kilometros la playa de Boca do río. En dirección norte, a 5 kilometros, tenemos la Cascada del Ezaro. Otro de los sitios que destacamos es Caldebarcos (a 1 km del alojamiento) con distintos restaurantes para poder degustar los productos de la zona, sobre todo los pescados y mariscos que abundan en nuestra tierra.

Tower House

Wonderful newly renovated house with ocean views in an old defense tower in the town of Muros. The house has an open kitchen, a living-dining room with fantastic views of the Ría, two full bathrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two twin beds. In addition, the house has a garden, where you can eat outdoors or sunbathe. The house is located in the center of Muros, very close to the church of San Pedro, and 10 minutes from San Francisco beach.

A narrow passageway is shown between two buildings, leading to a staircase that ascends out of view. The ground level is paved, and a small tree adds greenery to the scene. The architecture reflects a mix of modern and traditional styles.

We were given a lovely room in the top floor with a picturesque view. Muros is a beautiful small town which is nice to walk through. The breakfast is provided at a bakery where you can get a coffee, orange juice and any pastry you want included. I got the biggest pastry I've ever seen and it was great.

A spacious terrace features white balustrades and potted greenery, offering expansive views of the bay. The tranquil water reflects the sky, showcasing shades of blue and white clouds. Nearby buildings and hills can be seen in the distance, contributing to the serene landscape.

I felt very lucky that I found this place after my Camino! Before I came here I probably didn’t even know, I needed a post-Camino-transfer-place. But apparently I did! This one was perfectly offered by Ilaria, who was also a wonderful, friendly, attentive host. The house is situated pretty close to several beaches (where I was always almost alone) but especially near to Carnota beach, which might be one of the most beautiful ones around. I also enjoyed taking another hike from here, which was also beautiful. Ilaria offered shared Yoga (at the beach), a post-Camino-workshop and shared vegetarian meals, without being to pushy about it and still leaving it to me, weather I want to join or not. I took part in all of it and was happy I did. I also enjoyed the shared sunsets from the terrace every evening. I highly recommend this place, to those who are looking for a quiet post-Camino-place and like to wake up to a sea-view :) Thank you, Ilaria!

A good option to stay on your next visit to Muros, Begoña is very helpful and kind.

Just right : clean, tidy, central, accessible, well- equipped and, of course, great views. Highly recommended in these winter months, but I guess summer will reveal other strengths. The host, Jose Maria, made things very easy and straightforward for us.

Antonio is a really friendly host. His place was as we expected it to be. He let us use the washing machine and the tumbler which we desperately needed. If you're passing through the area, I would recommend this accomodation.

The stay in Maria's apartment was excellent. The location of the apartment is very nice and basically quiet, if that's what many people are looking for. I just missed Wi-Fi, I didn't get it on any of the days I was there. And of course, it didn't tarnish the days we spent there. Thank you
